I suppose when you consider that Brosnan's last paycheck for Bond was something like $17.5 million and it was rumored he wanted gross participation this time, the whole firing makes sense from an economic perspective.

Product placement is a big business, believe me I know.

I imagine Craig has a three film deal (+1 option), so $2million for this one, $4 million for the next then $8million for the third if he makes it. If EON then exercise the option for him to be 007 a 4th time, then it's big bucks for him.

Actually, 14 million is pretty cheap considering the amount of expouse the product will recieve, I'd have thought it had been higher
