Rumors for X3!!!!! ** SPOILER **

hi all,

just reading over on darkhorizons and found the following litle statement refering to X3 and the Dark Phoenix!!

surely not!!!

can anyone confirm or rubbish?

here is the statement

First up, I changed the title of this one. As unlikely as it may seem, it's possible that someone still hasn't seen X2 and I'd like to keep mentions of the Phoenix and Jean Grey's fate out of the subject headings.

As far as the rumors go, just be aware that Famke has been talking about Dark Phoenix since the first movie came out. So, the fact that she mentioned it to Kilborne doesn't really indicate that it will be the focus of X3.

I firmly believe that, at this point, Singer, Famke and company have no idea what the storyline for X3 actually will be. It's just too early.

I also believe that, as Singer has stated he wants to do a non-X movie before jumping into X3 (and Jackman is unavailable for a movie until October 2004), that any talk about X3 storylines right now shouldn't be taken seriously.
