Did you guys like the X2 posters and banners?
I loved the banners - the ones that had all the characters, but the posters were really disappointing...
The one that had "heads" - with Storm and Wolvie on the top and other characters bellow - had a really poor and obvious design. It was a big mess of heads.
There´s another poster, with all the mutants (including Deathstrike) that is amazing at first look, but when you pay attetion to details, you see many flaws. The reflection of the characters on the floor for example, are simply the same image - only flipped. Not very professional looking...
What about the stupid "flying" hair they gave to Rogue? - No comments.
And why did they give so much room for Storm in the posters? I like the character, but it didn´t make much sense.
They could have done MUCH better with the posters. Just look at the X2 website and see how cool the pictures and design are...

I guess storm is all over the place becasue Halle won an oscar at The Black Oscars (well they were). She's a minour character but Oscar Winners = Dollars so I guess it makes some sort of corporate marketing sense after all.
I haven't seen any of the posters yet (i can't remember them at least) but I'm keen to see this 'Flying Hair'.
I wish I had flying hair . . .

Hummm... ok here are some links so we can discuss the posters...
the group one (with Rogue´s "flying hair" http://www.comics2film.com/UBB/smile.gif ): http://www.cinemaemcena.com.br/cinemacena/figuras/cartaz/xmen2_13.jpg
the "heads" one: http://www.cinemaemcena.com.br/cinemacena/figuras/cartaz/xmen2_10.jpg
Abother group one... but this is cool (it´s written: "They´re different. They´ll fight together"): http://www.cinemaemcena.com.br/cinemacena/figuras/cartaz/xmen2_14.jpg
Well the first one is the one which I think looks most dramatic, but I can't find it being sold anywhere. The 2nd one I dislike and shows too much Halle Berry. The third one, which is the one used in the UK cinemas and on the underground is okay, but it has Halle Berry smirking and looking far too prominent, which is quite distracting and offputting. If poster No.1 could be found, I would probably purchase it.

Aye, I don't mind the Flying Hair one. Prblem is that Professor X should be in the front and have everyone else arranged behind him. Maybe with Magneto hovering over them or superimposed on the background somwhere.
