the BEAST within the X-MEN

so whats with the beast in the films? is it ganna happen or not? and hows the looks for beast? the beast is a great character and i gotta know the info for his appearence in the films. i saw his human version in X2 but what about the next one? is it a CGI look or a costume? i dont know who would be the best actor for the role. and what are the rumors saying? well maybe those arent that good to listen to but the beast has to get in the xmen movie story line. well hope to get some info on this.

As of right now, there is no Beast information to be able to give. Nothing that I've heard about, at any rate, but I would imagine that any X-3 news that comes out won't be available for some time, considering that they are talking about a release date sometime in '07...... almost a full 2 years from now. However, I would think that they would want to portray the Beast in this way....... the way we saw Hank McCoy in X-2, and then maybe show him in a costume from when he made his FIRST appearances in a Marvel comic, WAAAY back in 1961, or thereabouts: when he was in that yellow spandex suit with a face mask pulled down over his face. They may not necessarily go for the blue-skinned hairy beast that we are all so fond of NOW.

I agree 100% BK.
Plus throw in that they might think there's too much BLUE (with both blue-skinned Mystique and Nightcrawler established) already.

I think beast is sorely missing from the films, even more so than gambit.

How do you think they should bring him to the screen.

Personally, i'd say a mix of CGI and the techniques that brought us the thing and hellboy.

I really liked the guy from X2 that had a lil screen time as beast...this other guy is just really...lame.
