BATMAN: WAR ON CRIME (Restart fanscript)

I got ambitious and tried to right a Batman restart script loosely based on BATMAN: YEAR ONE. The script features a young Bruce Wayne, and is something of an origin that also tries to have a story (tries). I used a lot of characters, including Bruce, Alfred, Commissioner Gordon, Sarah Essen, Harvey Dent, Carmine Falcone, Vincent Maroni, Oswald Cobblepot, Selina Kyle, Hugo Strange, Jack Ryder, Summer Gleason, and The Joker. I don't know if it worked at all. I planned to finish WOC with a rewrite or two, and never did. I might be using some of the material from WAR ON CRIME to write another fanscript with some other people that features The Scarecrow, so I'd love to hear what people think.
