I'm curious, after watching Batman TAS, The batman superman adventures, the adventures of batman and Robin, as well as the Teen titans, how come the contemporary tim drake style robin logo has been passed up for the traditional one?

Im pretty sure it's just because it is much easier to draw in animation. It doesn't have that pointy end that can get crooked easily.
