That's all the known cast. Gordon is a good guy. Gary Oldman usually doesn't play a good guy. Has anyone ever seen any movie with Gary Oldman playing a good guy? I haven't myself.

Immortal Beloved - Gary Oldman played Ludwig Van Beethoven. Beethoven wasn't some villainous composer who hatched some evil plan for world domination or to kill off his fellow composers such as Mozart (even though he was from another era). Is that proof enough that Oldman can play a non-villain?

Every movie that I saw Gary Oldman played the villain. Someone considered Gary Oldman for playing Vandal Savage in a Justice League movie. Then Gary Oldman as Reed Richards/Mr. Fantastic in the Fantastic Four movie.

YES IT WAS I WHO SUGGESTED GARY OLDMAN SHOULD PLAY MR. FANTASTIC. (villainous laughter, bolt of lightning)
ahem... either way, he is an actor and I'm sure he has played some parts where he hasn't played a bad guy. Although he does play a terrific villain (like his buddy Christopher Walkin) it might be a nice break from being evil.
