Hola, DCGers! Remember me, that Amy Karas girl that disappeared to an undisclosed location? http://www.comics2film.com/UBB/smile.gif Ok, well I'm back to working on my digital comic art and I need some help.
If anyone could give me some pointers on how to do lightning, energy projection, explosions I'd appreciate it!!!! I'm working on this big pic and I need assistance with the special effects! Either post here of you can e-mail me at babybear@borg.com

About the tips u asked,as I am not exactly the specialist around,I will leave them to the ones who really understand about this kind of editing thing.

I have plenty of stuff on creating energy, lightning, etc....it would be helpful to know which image editing app you use (Photoshop, Paint Shop Pro, Painter, etc).
I like to think I do pretty decent power effects. Check out my work on this site, or look at my gallery at http://members.cox.net/dperceful1010/
I've yet to get all of my stuff posted to the gallery, you will actually see more at this site than my actual site.
Also check out the Hints and Tips post, lots of tutorials up there.

well I usually use airbrushing and smudging in photoshop..you just have to experiment alittle until you get the look you're after...

But I'm still having issues with the special effects. Grrr...
