Scientists said the animal, which they named Kiwa hirsuta, was so distinct from other species that they created a new family and genus for it.
It's actually kinda cool to think there are still things in this world yet to be discovered.
... and do you think the hairy lobster tastes like tuna?

I overheard a conversation once, there were talking about crabs and something to do with hair, I don't know, maybe this is what they were talking about

Or even rediscovered.
Rat-Squirrel Not Extinct After All. (http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20060309/ap_on_sc/species_survivor;_ylt=AoccETQHL2hxMXAq16jzqbUDW7oF ;_ylu=X3oDMTBiMW04NW9mBHNlYwMlJVRPUCUl)
I have to say, I find this very interesting. Everyone thought this species had been extinct for over 11 million years and then they find it in the forests of Loas.
