hmm, didn't even think about that.

Usually for Holidays, there's no organization (except for Secret Santa at X-Mas) to it, but come to think of it, Valentine's Day falls right on Daredevil Day. If you want to make a Valentine's Day image, go ahead, just make sure you do the "*****Valentine's Day" thing, and Essex will display it. I doubt there will be 16 DDD pics submitted.

For Display: Friday May 2, 2003 X-Men 2 opening day!
Details: The X-Men are a mutant team full of colorful characters with eXtrodinary powers... these eXtra Powers give them their name - X-Men. Not to mention they have Professor Charles Xavier as mentor.
You know about plenty of them: Cyclops, Jean Grey, Rogue, Iceman, Storm, etc.
Here's your chance to show us mutants never seen before... and tell their story.

DCG Theme Days Presents: The Uncommon X-Men
Come up with new mutants and what part they play in the X-Men world. Insert them anywhere in comic continuity, movie continuity, animated series continuity, or your own continuity.
These mutants can be benefits to the X-Men or hindrances. In either case, explain the events surrounding them.
Draw, manip, or create your mutant(s) in any artistic manner used in the DCG. In your notes give them a codename as well as a normal name, (if applicable). Feel free to include as much extra info as you want: Back-story, powers description, limits, any other bio data you want. If you want you could try to emulate the bios at http://www.Marvel.com or http://www.marveldirectories.com.

ONI, SLG, Dark Horse (though I don't think Hellboy and Star Wars are appropriote), you name it. A continuing effort to promote diversity in the DCG. By the way, this is the perfect opportunity to create non-superhero images. Don't be afraid to bend the rules.
