I could wait for some one to post one but ... I d rather not http://www.comics2film.com/UBB/tongue.gif and look look the date is correct YAY for me.
Kevin Newburn's Hellboy
by localhero:
I like the texture of him gives it a cool look.
Ghost Rider\'s Head
by Undertow:
You do very good work with the mouse.
Guardian
by loki:
Thats a good job dare eh.But whats with his eyes, eh?
The Brotherhood
by KAZ:
Bad Assz, indeed nice drawing.
Superman
by joker21:
Its blurry but its a uniform blurry kinda makes it look like a painting I like it
Ultimate Screw-Up
by Spiderman620815:
Very nice, what is it with Ultimate Spidey and DD was reading an kinda recent issue on Ultimate X-Men and they were getting along then either. Its very good drawing but I cant really see Ultimate Spidey cussing, granted I ve only read a few issues here and there of it hes just to dorky for me to read that and not laugh.
Teen Titans Manip Series - Wonder Girl
by MilleniumBum:
Great job, I dont like the casting much she looks too old to be Wonder Girl or a teen its just her face looks aged to me. I like the costume work you did though.
Reviving Of Life
by cyberSpice:
This is one of those cases where art notes would be nice..... I like the look of things but have no clue what any of it is about I assume some sort of religous dealy damn my uneducated atheisism on things like this.
Northstar
by ShadowHusk:
Looks good but its a bit pixalated.
Tom Welling: Superman
by darksaber:
The costuming is great and the background fits in well. But as for treating the costume differently it looks the same as usual to me and I stil cant see and thing that looks like it was inspired by the Spider-Man movie costume.
Ultimates- Captain America
by Tokyo_Bastard:
The sheild look fantastic but as for the costume I m not likeing the texture of it all looks blurry the layout of the design looks good but it just all seems blurry.
Fries with that? Gift for Sticks.
by Kombat Wombat;
..... I m at a loss of words..... http://www.comics2film.com/UBB/tongue.gif crazyness
Nova
by RuaTarvos:
OOoo exalent flames very good very good.
the man in black lives on
by avgs:
R.I.P.
Intimidation
by trekkie:
Bats blends in to much in to the back, I cant really tell if that is what is making his head look funny or if the top is just to big.Ra's Al Ghul look nice. Also very nice notes, that being something that has had some talks on I must say you put a good amount of work in this that with out your notes I really wouldnt have been able to tell.
Fathom
by cannon39:
well the biggest prob I see here is her face and body skin colors are not matching at all. Her head is very pale compared to her body. The water effect is pretty good cant add any of my useless words of wisdom because I dont really know how to do any water type effects.

mini UIR today. I needs to get up early for work tomorrow...
Hellboy by local hero
man I love it when people color my stuff. Cool work with the textures.
Guardian by loki
ok I love the layout and the pose here, no smoke blowing I really do. I think the flag in the background works so well with his costume. My problem is with the meat and potatos of the picture Guardian himself. I don't like his face at all. Now I know you can't see guardian's real eyes through his mask, but why make them flesh colored? Aren't they supposed to be white?
Ultimate Screw Up by spiderman
Ok you need a different scanning program or something. You shouldn't have to shrink the picture this much to get it under the 90k limit. Jpeg compression shouldn't be related to the size of the picture.
Northstar by Shadowhusk
Wow wow wow. This is my favorite of the day. Because it's mostly black and white I like the fact that it looks a little grainy. Kinda has a home developed 35mm camera kinda look to it.
Fries with that? by Kombat Wombat
Ok this is my favorite elvis pic so far. It looks perfect. If I didn't know any better I would've said it was a real picture.
Nova by RuaTarvos
Second favorite of the day ; ) I think there may or may not be some compression issues here, her skin looks awfully grainy, but I think you did a good job blending the fire into her skin.
sorry I couldn't do everyones pictures, maybe I can finish them up tomorrow night..

yeah, i was just looking at it again and realised that the whole face/mask was done pretty craply. the mask is really dodgy and jaggered, and isnt even cut around the face right. i might redo it and resubmit later. thanks for bringing that to my attention, lately i'm trying to put a bit more care and patience into my manips.
UIR time...
COLOURED HELLBOY
nice simple colouring, and good work on the toning and texture.
GHOST RIDER
i love the smoothness of the lines in this drawing, and the flame outlines are clean and crisp. good work. my only suggestion is to darken and up the contrast on the colouring.
THE BROTHERHOOD
this looks really good. nice and clean. i'd love to see it inked and/or coloured. good stuff. magneto looks cool http://www.comics2film.com/UBB/wink.gif
SUPERMAN
this looks a lot like a smudgestick painting, but the "plastic wrap" symbol looks out of place. try lessening the highlight on it.
ULTIMATE SCREW-UP
from what i can see and read, this is pretty promising. i like the layout. are you going to try inking/colouring it?
WONDERGIRL
this manip looks great. i do agree with the others that she might be a bit old for the part, but technically, this is really amazing. good stuff.
REVIVING OF LIFE
cool concept, and i like the dark background. nice work on the placement of leaves, but maybe make them more real by adding tones (burn/dodge tools).
NORTHSTAR
i agree with kevin that this looks really cool. i'd prefer to see denser shades, but the grainy effect works well. maybe adding a dark background would make the character stand out more.
TOM WELLING as SUPERMAN
nice colouring and toning job on the costume. i love the way you've done the cape. but still, this looks the same as the original superman costume, i don't see where spidey makes his appearance in it.
CAPTAIN AMERICA
nice reworking of the daredevil costume, but there is a lot of off-colouring happening. the lighting is also inconsistent and the background (like your "Thor" piece) could use a bit of work.
ELVIS
hehe i love this series. nice overall layout, but i reckon his costume could me more saturated and possibly darker too.
NOVA
i love what you've done with the fire and skin, it looks kind of scary too. maybe more flames (which look great btw) on the torso would make the body and flames more of the same being.
JOHNNY CASH
i don't know who he is, but i like the style of this tribute poster. looks kind of like an old silkscreen.
INTIMIDATION
there seems to be a lot of movie posters about this lately. this poster to me looks a little boring and lacks any focus point. again, small things like credits or ratings would help this manip a lot.
FATHOM
is that a Poser body? if so, good work in blending it to match alba's skin colour. i think the head is a bit blurry and the white needs to be removed from the hair. other than that, i like the idea behind this manip.

Here's my 2cents, for what it's worth:
Hellboy
Localhero
I'm not overly familiar with Hellboy, but I love the granite looking textures here. Reminds me of the comic Concrete. Great colors to use with the bold lines and shading.
Ghostrider
Undertow
Great for mouse drawn, but the fire looks a little flat compared to the rest of the skull. Lots of nice little detail around the mouth.
Guardian
The Norse dog-headed god of mischief (Loki)
I like the mask and the costume. Do I see a bikini line? Somehow superheroes always manage to avoid that. I know it's probably from the original model and at first I thought of it as a minus, but I think it adds to the realism.
Brotherhood
Kaz
Excellent. Very crisp, even with all of the half tones. Great costume detail, too. Color it, please, so we can see it?
Superman
Joker21
Yes, it's fuzzy but I like the effect. It does look like a painting. The hair is great, don't know how much you changed/added there but it's wonderful. The eyes being all black is a great focal point.I only thought that he needed a bigger chin.
Ultimate screw up
Spiderman620815
The stark tones here really bring out Daredevil, and helps move the eyes from the central point of the page to the corners. I'd like to see the bigger version. The fist panel and what I could see of facial expressions looked great, too.
Wondergirl
Millenumbum
I love your manips, and this is no exception. I agree she's a little older than "teen" but, hey, some teens look older. The backlighting and the costume are both fantastic and I wouldn't even be able to say what about the costume wasn't in the original pic.
Reviving of life
cyberSpice
I could tell you are a Spice Girl fan. Is this Sporty? I thought that the motherboard look to the cross was neat, but the skin and clothing shapes were a bit off. The arms look broken, and if it is Sporty, she needs more cleavage, which seemed to get wiped out with the addition of clothing. Try keeping the same body and changing the color (i.e. selecting the area to be clothed and making it pink, put a little shading at the edge of the shirt top) so that the original underlying shapes and shadows show through.
Northstar
ShadowHusk
Very cool costume. I like that it looks penciled, but is very realistic. The graininess works here.
TW Superman
darksaber
I like the choice of actor- can you tone down his pink lips? He's got great eyes for Superman. Putting the orange light on the face & costume is a great effect, and done very well here when often it ends up looking fake.
Cap't America
TokyoBastard
Great shiny folds in the costume. It looks really plastic-y but that's a good thing. The ear looks... too high? Not big enough? Something threw me off. Is that George Clooney under there?
Fries with that?
Kombat Wombat
Hysterical. So many people have seen Elvis working at fast food restaraunts, I'm surprised a real ad campaign hasn't been done yet. I know you used the original body in the costume, but I expected him to look fatter, ya know?
Nova
RuaTarvos
Best fire ever. The head looks like it was taken from a mannequin, but being unfamiliar with the character, maybe that's ok? The eyes are really creepy.
The MIB lives on
avgs
Great style, reminiscent of... I dunno. Something I saw once. Was this taken from a photo and manipped? It looks like an ink print done from a screen cut using a photo. Or it was drawn by hand, in which case the lines were very well done.
Intimidation
trekkie
mmmm...Intimidating. Gary seems a little TOO overbearing. Give the bat some credit. Nice overall, but the contrast between the costume and the completely untouched head of Gary was a little too strong. Maybe blur out some of his wrinkles and facial hair to make him match the rest a little more?
Fathom
cannon39
A great meld from body to water and from real water photo to special effects water. You missed the area behind her hair, though, it's a little distracting.
There you have it. My first review. Hoolah.

heh i'm glad someone recognised me! and yes, that bikini line was from the original base image. initially i tried to get rid of it but after a few failed attempts i kept it as it is. i agree that it adds a bit of realism to it, but i would have prefered to have bothered to get rid of it.

ok, i had time to do 4. sorry, i'm a busy bunny...
Kevin Newburn's Hellboy by localhero:
I would like to see a little bit of flat light rendering on the coat. the skin has a good start...
Guardian by Loki:
Costume looks too painty. the edges are too rough and blurry.. It just doesn't match the photo quality of the skin. Also, I can still see his undies... http://www.comics2film.com/UBB/smile.gif
Superman by Joker21:
Too blurry and smudgey. looks rough and unprofessional. mostly because the superman symbol is mushy and unreadable. "painty" can be fine, i think if there is visible brushstroke, that kind of thing.
WonderGirl by MilleniumBum:
good manip. The clothes are rendered pretty believably. They match the torso and arms pretty well. but the head doesn't quite match up right in my opinion. maybe try painting in some of the hair yourself. give the face a more painted look somehow.
also, being picky, i don't like the type treatment. Type in that vertical orientation is usually thought of as cheesy and unprofessional in the graphic design world. just thought you should know.
sorry! all i have time for...
