Heya, welcome to the DCG. http://www.comics2film.com/UBB/smile.gif To see what people think of your work, check out the threads marked UIR (Update in Review) in the title. Look for the one with today's date. http://www.comics2film.com/UBB/smile.gif
As to saving the image, but still having it at a nice healthy size... Don't change the image size, change the resolution and the quality you save the image at. Your image is currently only 22K, so I don't see why you couldn't save it at a larger image size and get away with it...
If you want, I can provide an indepth tutorial, but I can't do it right now. Must get to work. http://www.comics2film.com/UBB/smile.gif

Fish is right, fiddle with the resolution more than you do the size.
Me, personally, I play with 72 dpi images when I upload them because, honestly, your web browser won't display more than that, anyway (no matter what your monitor or computer will do), so there's a lot lost if you put up more than that. You'll find a lot of people here post links to the full sized versions of their work when they upload the new images. This lets us see the web-ready version and, if we have time and enough download speed, the really big full size awesome version later. http://www.comics2film.com/UBB/smile.gif
What image manipulation program are you using? The many and varied members of the DCG could probably give you a dozen different ways to fiddle with your images if you wanted.
