So Avi Arad said in an interview with A+E Interactive - Cinequest (http://blogs.mercurynews.com/aei/2006/03/cinequest_satur.html)(another online entertainment mag/blog I guess) that:
Sam Rami would be using innovative tech in "Spider-Man 3" to bring to life one of the villians, Sandman. "It's all new technology. It's like nothing you've ever seen before," he said, comparing it to the breakthrough CGI effects used in "Jurassic Park" and "The Perfect Storm."
