Mega Mecha Theme Day

and while we're on the subject of theme days, i thought of something that may tickle the fancies of otakus and that may be a challenge for everyone as well. i've always been fascinated with the robots of japanese anime/manga. from astroboy and megaman to the ornately detailed gundams. also, creating metal textures has been a constant pain for me. so i thought, why don't i just combine these two ideas for one theme day???

so who's up for a challenge? who wants to make some insane mecha or droids or cyborgs? i plan on making a megaman manip. or maybe astroboy. or voltes V. or daimos. whattaya say kids?

i was thinking maybe we could do a manip or a couple of manips. one idea would be like a hero and his major antagonist. like megaman and hunter zero. or maybe we could do a jam manip with characters like megaman, astroboy, etc.
