If you like science fiction, you have heard of the Sci Fi channel. From Stargate: SG-1, Stargate: Atlantis, Battlestar Galactica, Firefly, Surface, and many more shows, movies, and original programming, this channel rocks, plain and simple.

As far as rules go, keep it respectful and reasonable. Don't insult others. Don't spam. Don't use language that some would find offensive. When it comes to pictures, use some common sense. I will let marginal issues slide unless I get a complaint. If I give a directive while wearing my "Mod Hat", follow it. If you disagree with my directive, take it up with an administrator. Don't worry. I try to be fair.

Errrr-ah (in my Ted Kennedy voice)

I'm almost done with part 1 of the BSG mini -- Galactica just got hit with a nuke equipped missile. Frack me, it's good. I dig the nods to all of the old stuff from the 1st series. I like how only old tech is working and why. Number 6 is hot. Starbuck's cute, but not a sexpot; bet she'd be a wild ride.
Apollo seems like a whiney brat, and the "my daddy killed my brother" crap just doesn't quite float (they'll in the military, people die and accidents happen). But so far that's really my only gripe. Oh yeah, Baltar's a prig. I dig him.

Always nice to see more people discovering the magic. I'm doing now with BSG what I did with Firefly, bringing all my coworkers on board.

It's working...

:)

Firefly is still on my "to watch" list. I'm working on Rome right now.

Finished all BSGs to date. Holy Frak, it's an awesome show!

I hope it's ok to post this here, I just joined, but this seemed like the right place. Sci-Fi will be airing repeats of Surface this summer. Since NBC axed it from it's fall line-up, we are planning a snail-mail, email campaign to the Sci-Fi execs in an effort to get Sci-Fi to have many new seasons of Surface. You can visit http://www.savesurface.com to find out all of the details, email addresses, and snail-mail addresses. Roswell fans saved their show, let's help save Surface!

Sorry, Sci Fi needs the slot to air ECW instead. :smirks:
