Manips outside the comic realm

Hey all, as some of you (particularly my mentee http://www.comics2film.com/UBB/wink.gif) may know I've been busy of late. One of the many things I've been working on is invites for a friend's 21st birthday party. I'm manipping him into various characters (gollum, a wizard, the tinman, and shrek). I did some work for www.worth1000.com, (http://www.worth1000.com,) but not much. I also did the ad-campaign for a friend in a University election.I was just wondering if folk here have done any manipping outside of the comics world.

yeah, i've been doing more non-comic manipulations lately, and the ones i've submitted recently have been pretty dismal i think.

i've been working on movie-poster type manipulations, plus invites for my sister's school's senior formal. it's cool i think to be able to focus more on layout and format when doing those manips, and then bringing those ideas back to the comics2film ones.
