Rushed UIR i'm afraid. Anyone I miss out I apologise.
All Units In Position by DAVID GUIVANT
Once again another master piece.
Alex The Great! by kiwi-lemon
Beautiful pic with a lovley smooth quality to it.
Rainmaker by crash Great opic, love the fact that there's something to compare to.
Green Lantern: There Can Be Only One by localhero Very moody, although I feel it's selfish of him to have two rings. I could of had one :-(
Challenge: 1 Hour Harley by MysticMorgan
Great stuff for an hour man, I'm really impressed. That would have taken me ages!
Green Lantern: Charged by Kombat Wombat
Wombat, you're a dumbass. The lantern light looks dead messy and there's a few bit here and there need tidying!
Green Lantern by lordmesa
Great art, great colour. Would love to see this style animated
Amazing Fantasy 2099 by M
Another winner. Great that the style has been kept in the same avin as the original.
Also I lost my last UIR... dammit!!!

All Units In Position by DAVID GUIVANT-Nice.
Fables by Junkyard- More of a casting than a photomanip, but I don't see anything wrong with it, besides the lighting not being synked.
Totally Spies by Powermaster Jazz- Interesting style. The center charicter fits well, but i think the other two are a little too distinct.
X-girl by Miss DAM- Pretty nice. The hair is especially well done.
Alex The Great! by kiwi-lemon- I like this one. Cool charicter. But what's with the black bottom 1/5th?
Rainmaker by crash- Pretty good. I especially like the metal bits.
Green Lantern: There Can Be Only One by localhero- Great piece. No problems that I can see.
Psi-mage And Psister by Winterhawk- Pretty good. The blindfolds look a tad off, but otherwise good. Just two questions: HOW THE HELL DOES SHE GET THAT COSTUME ON? and HOW DOES IT STAY ON?
Challenge: 1 Hour Harley by MysticMorgan- I said I wouldn't say this on the UIR, but once again: I hate you. This looks better than anything I've ever done, and my 1 Hour Photo should be coming up next update, bearing my shame.
Brandy Dahl As Wonder Woman by ShadoRunr- Nice drawing, but some stars and shading on the costume would have made this complete.
Original Concept: Phase by show_u_who_i_am- Pretty good, but I personally would have made him smaller, or at least have had him coming out of a less busy wall. It makes the picture a little confusing.
The Witch Is Back by Serenity- Good use of base pics, and pretty good "from-scratch" pieces.
Green Lantern: Charged by Kombat Wombat- The lantern itself looks a tad funky, but otherwise a great piece.
Green Lantern by lordmesa- Another great piece, Lordmesa. You'll be the bell of the ball at the Con.
Amazing Fantasy 2099 by M- Clever. Well drawn.
Kitty Pryde - Bad Costume. by hallopino- Great piece. I almost forgot about that outfit.
Junkyard, Proud Defender of This Nation's Garbage Dumps.
CROW- Hey Joel, what are these films trying to teach us about life?
JOEL- I guess they're trying to say that if we're born, and then we die, then there's lots of padding in between.

Ok here goes as much as I can do before I need to leave to see a play.
GIJoe- Ok looks cool, well done, but I don't know what I'm looking at.
Fables- It's ok. I'd like to see something a little more to it. Although casting is not bad
Spies- Ok the blurry is intentional, but not cool. Loses a lot of detail, but also a cool way to hide mistakes
X-girl- Cool concept, the hair looks good, but the costume needs a little more work. A bit too painty. Tke you're time, and make sure you don't cut off her thumb.
Alex- It's great! a well eared top spot there. The fabric in her clothing looks fantastic.
Rainmaker- Good exciution on the costume. Matches well
All for now....maybe more later. Like that Kitty Pryde one.

Okay I haven't done one of these in a long time, but here goes...
All Units in Position by DAVID GUIVANT - Nice Advertisement as always. No offense dude, but maybe you should cough up some bucks to Robbo and just get some PAID space on the front page. Just a thought.
Fables by Junkyard - Interesting casting choices although I see Bigby as younger looking. Would have been nice to see some sort of background to this, perhaps a collage of fairytale images.
Totally Spies by Powermaster Jazz - Dunno about angelic, but I admire the attempt at doing something a little different. Good lines on the costuming, however I would have thought that your central character who is 'closer' to the audience (us) would have slightly more defined facial features than the other two, rather than the other way around as it is here. just a thought.
X-Girl by Miss DAM - Interesting character concept, almost seems as if she would fit in well with the X-Statix team. The costume actually reminds me of some of the X-Statix designs. As for the belly button, these things happen. Probably rather than moving it, the bottom half of the X should be deformed more to match the angle of the body. Anyways a nice beginning.
Alex The great! by kiwi-lemon - Don't know the character but can't deny it's very nice work. Would like to see some art notes so we know how you did this though. It's very different from your other artwork over at Deviantart (some nice pencilwork over there) Is it from scratch or painted over a base photo? The more you tell us about how you did an artwork, personally, the more impressed I become, as it is I just look and say that's nice and move on because I don't know what work has gone into it.
RAINMAKER by crash - You have captured the costume pretty well, I like the seams you have added where the red/green meet because it does at a further element of realism to the costume, however you probably should have done a similar seam at the cut off leg too in order to pull the whole thing together. Metals are nice, but the reflections/shading are a little too soft, you need some sharper lines there. Good attempt on the boots, I would have found a leather texture to make the material seem a little different from the rest of the costume. the model also doesn't scream native american at me but a good choice nonetheless. overall pretty good.
Green Lantern: There Can Be Only One by localhero - Mine. Just to add a little something to the art notes, I tried to give the costume some texture by using the smudge tool with a rough brush to smooth out the body (as opposed to my usual method of using colored textures on different layers. I like how it turned out although I'm not sure i would use it that often, it works for this piece. John Stewart isn't really my favourite Lantern, but the image just sort of lent itself to doing him (as it were). Seeing it now I wish I had added a little more green backwash on his face and eyes. Oh well.. live and learn.
Psi-mage and Psister by Winterhawk - Interesting costume indeed, they almost make Emma Frost's hankerchief look practical. I think the one on the right works better as far as the feel of the costume goes, the edges seem more defined. Presumably this is because in the left hand image the grey color blends a little more with the shadow. Apart from that great job with the clean up (your many hours practice at disrobing women is paying off) and nice work on changing the hair color on the right.
Challenge: 1 Hour Harley by MysticMorgan - All I can say is i'm truly impressed with what you can pull together in an hour. I think it works well even without a background (something I usually don't like) but in this case it adds to the introspective feel of the pic by making you concentrate on the central image.
Brandy Dahl as Wonder Woman by ShadoRunr - Nice stuff, face and hands seem a little misproportioned, but it's still better than I could do. Hair is nice.
ORIGINAL CONCEPT: PHASE by show_u_who_i_am - not one of your better pieces, I don't think the phasing really comes across.
The Witch is Back by Serenity - Nice effects. The body looks like a picture I've seen of Sarah Michelle geller, if so that's a pretty good bit of frankensteining. Sophie is not someone I had thought of as casting for Wanda but it is actually a pretty good choice. Good work.
Green Lantern: Charged by Kombat Wombat - Solid work. It has a feel like someone has taken an old 40s film and added some colors which works really well for this character.
Green Lantern by lordmesa - Wow. Excellent Stuff. Almost makes me ashamed to show my own amature attempts at coloring (almost http://www.comics2film.com/UBB/wink.gif) Would really love to see a tutorial on your style if you have the time.
Amazing Fantasy 2099 by M - heh cool concept. http://www.comics2film.com/UBB/smile.gif
Kitty Pryde - Bad Costume. by hallopino - This is the real reason Scott Summers wears those funky specs, so he doesn't have to see this in glorius technicolor! Great concept and nice costuming. Michelle actually works pretty well for a young kitty.
Well I sort of trailed off at the end there but I wanted to contribute.

time to finish up my review...
Psi-gals- Not impressed too much witht he actual character but you did a good job on the manip. I think I like the mostly white costume better. The black line helps define it. The other looks a bit fuzzy on the edges,
Harley- She looks very nice. Not just a good manip, it has a nice mood and story with the image. an other very well earned top spot.
WW- Definately something funky going on in the face. It's too liney for me personally. I'd suggest highlights and shadows to define the facial features
Phase- Big thing here is scale. If he's coming through that wall he needs to be smaller. the size of the bricks and grapheti make his head look HUGE
Witch- the special FX look cool. I like, but the outide edge of the body needs to be a little cleaner.
Green Lantern- It's nice, but some parts of it look just plain blurry, I don't know if it was to hide things but it kinda detracts from some nice work.
Drawn Green Lantern- Very clean, very crisp. Just all-in-all a good peice. Well done. It will look cool on a t-shirt
Spidey 2099- It's cool, but I think the text bubbles need some work. They don't quite match each other.
Kitty Pryde- I think the words are a bit too much. Otherwise, it sucks ass in general.

Alexander - That's a picture of Sharwyn from Neverwinter Nights with a small bit of color tweaking.
The bit of black at the bottom people were asking about is necessary for the file of the portrait to convert correctly in the game.
