Spectral by MaidenRaine1300- Shifting focus! Cool. Can't say I know who Wildside is.

Destiny by Majik1387- This has to be the first Destiny on the gallery. Pretty nice ideas displayed here.

Aurora by DarkElektraPhoenix- Nice drawing. Another rarely seen charicter.

Jsa 5 by MysticMorgan- This is absolutely perfect, except the boots look just a little off.

That 70s Legion - Violet by MilleniumBum- Nice. I'm loving these pics.

Deathblow by cgrapa- Very nice piece. Perfect use of black, white, and red.

Jla /avengers Collaboration by Junkyard- Just the biggest, most spectacular piece the gallery has ever seen. Great job, everyone. Oh, and someone PLEASE tell me how to make a link!

Archangel As A Girl... by QuantumFX- Pretty good, though the wings look a bit flat.

Revenge Of Howard The Duck: Bogus Movie Poster by DarrenJSeeley- Interesting.

Ff Movie Poster by Wibbly- Wow! Very cool. Comic to film to comic.

100 Bullets by Monster_Mind- Very nice poster. Looks like it was done by a proffesional.

Leviathan by kev_incal- Nice manip here. And sinse this is likely the last we'll see of that version of Gim, all the more potent. By the way, the new costume looks a lot better, I think.

Lsh Girls 1 by Lady D- Very fun, very well drawn. Good colors.

Felicia Hardy by chris moore- Well done. Nice wrinkles.

This Girl Is Superr! by Albea- Simple but alive.

Nightwing by cyberphoenix- Nice. The mask is a little misshaped, I think.

Thanks! It took me awhile to find someone to pair up Scarlet Witch with cause I wanted the kid to have white, red and black hair. I got inspired by some chick on t.v. and thought it would be fun to make an X-Child with that color hair. I searched all over and finally came across Wildside at the Children of the Atom site. He had the hair color I wanted and the powers could easily be worked into the story of Scarlet Witch's daughter. I named her Spectral because she can turn invisible just like a ghost. Thanks again, I really enjoyed doing this one.

You know, Maiden Rain, you don't HAVE to limit the hair color you use by the parents. Between regular genetics and unexpected mutations, there's really no limit.
Make the daughter of Polaris (Green hair)and Havoc (blond hair) have purple and black hair! Why purple? Why not!

By the way, should I be emailing everybody involved in the collaboration?

"I haven't done one of these in a while."

Spectral by MaidenRaine1300
Pretty good. I like the design overall, especially the hair. Really pixelly, mind you.

Destiny by Majik1387
Pretty good. The face obviously doesn't work (Points for trying the tutorial though!), it's blurred and also seems a bit too high up. The costume's okay, though a bit flat, could use more shading.

Aurora by DarkElektraPhoenix
It's okay. The proportions are way skewed, especially those arms.

Jsa 5 by MysticMorgan
Awesome. Wonderful. Gorgeous. Two thumbs up. This has been a great series overall, though I realize I've been woefully ignoring it. Great work throughout, particularly some of the textures, ie the cape and boots. Some of the shadows in the yellows seem a bit smudgy and sorta dirty looking, though, especially on the inside of the cape and on the legs.

That 70s Legion - Violet by MilleniumBum
Cool, I love Vi. One of my fave Legionnaires. Awesome work, as has been true of the whole series. Great costuming, great textures, great wrinkles and seams, nice work on the hair. The flower-badge-thingy is nicely done. My only nits are that the backgrounds seems sort of perfunctory and random, and not much to do with Vi; and that the edges of the triangle on her chest alternate between blurry and oddly angular (in an unnatural way).

Deathblow by cgrapap
Very cool. Nice colours, nice stipple technique. Tres cool, I can't really see any problems with it except for the weird way the smoke is divided into two entirely different styles.

Jla /avengers Collaboration by Junkyard
Obviously awesome, though obviously a huge mismash of styles and lighting, and rather pixelly in spots (ie, Vision). Various observations... ie nitpicks... Hawkeye's expression is well weird. Supes' mouth... 'nuff said. GL seems a bit too orange. Bats' eyes seem at different levels, and the lack of a highlight over the left one is a bit offputting. Best bits are Android's (of course), honourable mention to Morgan, Poison Ivy, Biohaz, ali, TRYGONEZ... let's just say everyone, actually. http://www.comics2film.com/UBB/smile.gif I'm guessing Morgan did Terminus as well? Overall, kind of uneven (almost a necessary evil in collaborations, especially on this scale), but very impressive. You've got to respect ambition!

Archangel As A Girl... by QuantumFX
Quite impressive as oldies go, though to say that you've done better since is to say that the sky is blue. Not gonna go into too much detail, since I'm not sure how much anything I say about this piece would help you with your current work. Nice colours, though oversaturated in spots (ie the hands), where the pic could use more sharply defined shadows. The wings I like, though they're more plastic than metal and a bit flat, as Junkyard said. And there's a chunk missing out of her arm!

Revenge Of Howard The Duck: Bogus Movie Poster by DarrenJSeeley
Not bad. The filter actually works here (they don't usually, though I'm biased), it gives a nice retro pulpy film poster look. Nits: the lapels are blurry, the coat texture doesn't wrap at all, and the duckbill is asymmetric. And the cigar's floating.

Ff Movie Poster by Wibbly
Favourite pic of the day by some considerable distance. Truly awesome work. Great drawing, I can't see any problems with it. Great colouring as well, I love the textures you've given to the costumes and to ol' Benjy. I also love the film negative look of Torch. Cool work on Doom in the background. My only nit is that the starfield background is a bit... generic. Not bad, just generic. Something more FF would be nice, even just some kind of 4 logo.

100 Bullets by Monster_Mind
Nice layout and collage, though picture quality is all over the place. Uh... nope, that's all I got to say.

Leviathan by kev_incal
Great costuming, as always, especially the metal work (but everything, really!) Nice background (as always). Damn nice logo. My only nitpick is with his head... it seems to be overly long, and oddly shaped... too tapered and looking sort of cut-off at the back (screen left).

Lsh Girls 1 by Lady D
Nice drawing. Nice colouring. Heads seem a bit oversized. Uh... can't think of anything else to say about it.

Felicia Hardy by chris moore
The hair's too bright, as is the glove on her left hand (really bright!) Costume's nice except for the rather odd shadows... I'm looking at the enormous black blobs on her torso here. The fur's not all that furry... the actual texture is nice, but the edges are to clean (and yet also blurry)... I'd stroke out some thin hairs with the smudge tool.

This Girl Is Superr! by Albea
Nice piece, well drawn and coloured. The lips seem a bit big. Mind you, who is she? She doesn't look like any version of Supergirl I can think of.

Nightwing by cyberphoenix
He does look quite Nightwingish. Costuming seems okay, though its hard to make any details out with that hazy filter effect you've used. I'm not a huge fan of filters, BTW, I think they rarely do your (or anyone's) work any favours. The edges here are a bit lumpy and blurry, also. The shine on the costume works though.

WHOOO HOO! THANK you B!
By the way, I agree the mish mash of colors in the collaboration makes it look busy, but I wouldn't have felt right adjusting other people's colors.

Overall, getting it all to fit in right was a bit of a struggle. I had to get somewhat creative in parts.

Personally, I figure one of the duties of an editor is to make whatever adjustments are necessary to make the image fit together as a coherent whole. This is true for editors of books, movies, TV shows, etc, etc, etc, and I don't see how we're exempt. I'm not saying people should run roughshod over others' work (which would be ridiculous!), but they should be willing to ask people to adjust their segments to match the overall tone, or to ask for permission to do so themselves. I'm currently working on a collaboration with another artist. He's editing, and so long as he bounces any edits off me, I have no problem with him making lighting adjustments (or similarly small changes) to make the piece look right.

That's just me though, obviously many people will disagree, as is their privilege.

I know I don't have to limit the hair color of the kids to that of the parents, I just like to do it. Too late on the Polaris and Havok kid, lol. I already started it and she does have green hair, sorry. Maybe on the next kid, I will twist things up. Thanks again for all the kind words. Spectral's hair is my favorite part too. If you guys wanted to see all of my sister's and mine, as well as others X-kids, you are more than welcome to stop by our The Children of X yahoo group. UIR: Positive, Negative, and Overall Rating by Level1:

Spectral by MaidenRaine1300
Positives: You're improving with each uploaded image, and this one is by far one of your finer ones.
Negatives: Keep your colorations and contrast/balance within the given lines of the character¡¦s sprite, and you will do fine with each image.
Slow it down. Some of your images in the past seem rushed. Take your time. Its QUALITY not quanitity that counts here. If you do not
Have Photoshop, or PSP, do some investing, and read up on some tutorials too, and/or make some of your own when you perfect your technique.
Practice makes perfect MaidenRaine1300! http://www.comics2film.com/UBB/wink.gif
Overall Rating: 7/10, for improvement sake! I like it.

Destiny by Majik1387
Positives: Not a bad image, and good character usage.
Negatives: A bit too dark, but, perhaps that was your theme feel, so I respect that, in any case.
Overall Rating: 8.5/10. Minor smudges and more crispness could have been ventured in this, but, I like your overall projection of what you were intending to reach in this theme. Minor brush ups can also be added if needed.

Aurora by DarkElektraPhoenix
Positives: No bad for a hand drawing. Nice character choice.
Negatives: Sketch methods with your pencil, then rough draft scenes from progression to progression is best used in pencil'd drawings. (my opinion).
Then once done, and if you have Photoshop, you can scan all of your drafts (rough, mid, and final) into your computer, and distort, and transfix them to fit into one complete image, and/or if you are proficient with ImageReady, show/do an animated pic of the progressional stages to its final result. (just an idea there..take it for what its worth, for it will help you achieve what you are reaching for in the strengths of your work.).
Overall Rating: 6/10. Keep trying different angels to your skill and technique there, DarkElktra Phoenix! You're getting better! http://www.comics2film.com/UBB/wink.gif

Jsa 5 by MysticMorgan
Positives: As usual, and unusual, MysticMorgan, your work is technically outstanding. Great image usage, and postioning of the character sprite and body form.
Negatives: Mild shadows could have been used on some parts of the leg, underarms and face. But, still the image itself holds allot of weight on its own.
Overall Rating: 9/10. Just wondering, can you do something like this with some similarities using the Silver Surfer? I'd like to see that, especially coming from the likes of you and MilleniumBum.

That 70s Legion - Violet by MilleniumBum
Heh, heh.AND speaking of MilleniumBum
.
Positives: Outstanding character usage, and form. Colors such as silver (at least what appears to be silver.), some whites, and majorily PURPLE/VIOLET, are some great usages for the costume design and formation.
Negatives: Some areas around the hair, minor halo, but, can't really see it, unless one concentrated on that specific area. Great works also, at Heromorph, BTW! Other than that..groovy!
Overall Rating: 10/10, Outstanding Work as usual, and yep! You TOO are improving quite allot from your past imageries! Great and Awesome Detail to all of your Legionaire images, and the character usages, again!

Deathblow by cgrapa
Positives: Nice character usage, and coloration detail. Yeah, Image was the bomb back in the days when they daybiewed in the latter 90's.
Negatives: I'd have to look hard for one, but the THING that stands out is that, on some parts of the character, I can barely tell what separates what parts to what, i.e., fingers, knuckles, shoulder to torso, to neck, and skull. However, now looking more indeptly, I am later able to make a differentiation of visual deciphered cohesiveness.
Overall Rating: 9.5/10. I really like this image! I definitely want to see more from you! *Rushing off to see Cgrapa's Gallery!.....*

Jla /avengers Collaboration by Junkyard
Positives: Great characters and use positioning of each one. If I am wrong, but, allot of forethought went into this, didn't it? Allot of cutting, copy and pasting, and positioning, and getting each character to facially express what you wanted them to image? Honorable, definitely, honorable indeed! Its all so crisp too! (in certain parts.)
Negatives: Just one: Is Superman just coming out of the boxing ring or something? Heh, heh! (Laughing mildly, but, I had to laugh at that one, cause he looks like he has a boxers mouth protection piece in his upper and lower "chops¨! LOL!!!)
Overall Rating: I have to give you a 9/10 for that one Junkyard. Your comicbook story lines, I would like to see more of those; but, this one is definitely a change in a direction that I've not seen you do since my being here at C2F! I like the Universal Crossover there. Gave me the Amalograms nostalgia!

Archangel As A Girl... by QuantumFX
Positives: New concept, of ArchAngel as a girl, and nice character and model usage. Good Idea! Hope Marvel jumps on the bandwagon with this, and cause the current ArchAngel to fall in love. (Sounds like a neat story line.).
Negatives: My only gripe is that QuantumFX, I've seen better work from you than this. I'm not disappointed. I was just thinking that you "got¨ bored, and just whipped up something from the scrapheap, and made this pic.
Overall Rating: 7.5/10. *Looking for another cool and smoothed quality image from QuantumFX in the coming weeks.and slobbering while waiting. *

Revenge Of Howard The Duck: Bogus Movie Poster by DarrenJSeeley
Positives: Howard the Duck! You're really brave to use ole HD in any theme such as these. That's an extra 5 points right there! Good character design, nonetheless.
Negatives: Howard looks sorta like a skeleton than a duck in this image. But, in the storylines of what he deals with each day, perhaps, this is best for him. Nice drawing piece, regardless.
Overall Rating: 8/10. Touch up the beak (duck bill) to make it look more comically realistic, and mellow out some of the colors on some parts of the theme.

Ff Movie Poster by Wibbly
Positives: Great character usage, and "kudos¨ on making the Torch look more evenly human and flamingly humanoid at the same time.
Negatives: Torch's face needs work. But, I still like it. A little much blur between him and the other characters that share his "flame¨ glow effects.
Overall Rating: 8/10. Neat, and clean, and without the use of caffeine.

100 Bullets by Monster_Mind
Positives: Nice actor usage. "Mobster Mind¨ could also have been the name of this, instead of 100 Bullets, Monster_Mind.
Negatives: Lose the blocky look.
Overall Rating: 8.8/10. I can both feel it at time, and not "feel¨ it at others. Regardless though, nice theme!

Leviathan by kev_incal
Positives: I'm always loving the way you make either pics of your close friends, or images of super stars appear real in your themes.
Negatives: Allot of burn was used here, seemingly. The back ground with the "blast¨ look could have been left out. Parts of his arm show minor "burn effects¨. A mild drop shadow overlayed over the body could have given you the effect that you probably were reaching for. (my opion).
Overall Rating: Great image, nevertheless, and I like the way you made the word look CRUSHED under his hand pressure! 9/10.

Lsh Girls 1 by Lady D
Positives: Great image, and sketch. Nice inkage by JJ. The image overall is crisp, tight, commendable, and "user friendly¨, especially for making a CD Label in MediaFace II or 4.
Negatives: None. This is perfect!
Overall Rating: 10/10! See, no one ever gets bored, regardless of where they are. Either at home, or in the waiting room! Its (CREATIVITY) is always there to bring you above the water surface and partake in the newly celestial air! http://www.comics2film.com/UBB/wink.gif

Felicia Hardy by chris moore
Positives: Nice character usage, and model. Great color balances on chest, arms and face.
Negatives: Because of C2F's upload size, I gather, that the pixilation in the hair and other parts of the body were due to this factor. Cause, the hair's edges are very pixilated and with slight and minimal bleeding in the background image itself.
Overall Rating: 7.7/10. Optimized and Progressive level 3, SAVE TO WEB in whatever program you use, i.e. Photoshop helps keep tightness, at lower KB levels that are under the 89KB upload requirement.

This Girl Is Superr! by Albea
Positives: Perfect drawing! I love this. Better than your former Superman version.
Negatives: None! Not-uh-1!
Overall Rating: 10/10, and I'd like to see more. *runs off to see Abea's Gallery too! But, first, a nice cold one: Apple Juice and Spritz-water!*

Nightwing by cyberphoenix
Positives: Nightwing, oh Nightwing! Where for art thou, Oh, Nightwing! Tee, hee! ( the MOON that is making me talk this way..*howls..*)
Negatives: Slight blur and the frame, I don't like either of these. My opinion, but the image looked rushed.
Overall Rating: 7/10. Slow down some on your projects, and invest some tutorials readings to smoothen out your final imagery.

*Breathes heavily! Man..that was allot of typing! 1 hour and 4 minutes viewing! Now, I can take my nap! Snooooozes!

Heh, heh! I didn't make it in this one's uploaded UIR! On a much needed Vacation again!

Since no one else has mentioned it, I'll call your attention to the Secret Wars (http://www.comics2film.com/DCG/DispArt.php3?f_id=9678&f_ssn=&f_fooble=23) group project from two years ago.

B is right, there needs to be some editing to pull it off. Usually I would ask the artist to make changes, but sometimes I had to do it myself. I was always worried about offending some of the artists, (I had to reject one pic that was great looking because the angle was all wrong, but the artist re-did it from scratch.) I sent and received over 300 emails in a 3-week period and put more hours into it than any other manip.

I like this new collaboration, but I think we did it better back in the day.

spectral: i think one of your better pieces....don't know why...it just has a better feel to it.

Destiny: hey, your trying, that's where it all starts. i applaud the effort....it all comes together in time...keep it up.

Aurora: cool. love to see it colored.

jsa: friggin awesome cape! that cape looks like it's going to come off the page.

violet: mmmmmm, mila kunis. i just don't know what to say.....mainly because i just can't stop staring at her. great work...my favorite so far. that left leg is a work of art. so is the rest...but that leg is a lesson by itself.

Deathblow: you have a cool style...looks great.

jla/avengers: wow....a huge piece, i pity the compiler. it looks great, obviously with so many people working on it and so many different styles...there is going to be that mash of styles. i think it's cool to show off the diverseness of the community. i hope everyone felt challenged and proud of this. it's a great addition to the gallery.

archangel: nice work on the wings....i don't feel them arching...but again..it's an early piece. great work....wish my early or later stuff looked this good.

Revenge Of Howard The Duck: Bogus Movie Poster: this one works better than the last one, because i can make it out better. try doing one without the filters.

ff movie poster: cool, cool, and very cool. i love the way the blues pop. nice work...great lighting on thing.

100 bullets: interesting layout.

leviathan: hmmmmm. not one of your better ones, imo. the shoulder pads...they just don't wrap the shoulders. the headpiece...seems off kilter. the rest...well it's your usual fantastic quality. sorry man....it just doesn't knock me out of the ballpark...which i'm used to with your work.

LSH Girls 1: i have really got to read legion, i've never heard of most of these characters. this is very well done...you should do more, or more drawings...you have a good eye and a unique technique.

felicia hardy: nice looking smooth and sexy black. when your saving the file are you saving it at it's lowest quality? email me, dperceful@yahoo.com, i should be able to help you out.

This girl is SUPERR!: of course it's super.

nightwing: your images seem to always be, well, foggy. it would make sense on this piece, but a number of your other pieces are foggy as well. i think you have the right idea, the costuming is nice....i would just like a clearer version of it.

Spectral by MaidenRaine1300- Interesting parents and I like her costume design.. I would still like to see the shading done with similar colors rather than the stark black. And I would love to see what other characters you and your group have come up with but I can't find a link to information on the page you linked to..

Destiny by Majik1387- Not bad... the face is a bit high up on her neck and the color is really yellow..I can't remember if Destiny's face is really that shade or not (if it is just ignore me http://www.comics2film.com/UBB/wink.gif )

Aurora by DarkElektraPhoenix- Pretty good drawing... beyond the things mentioned by previous reviewers I would suggest that the costume pattern (especially across the bodice) should follow the curves of her body a bit more.

Jsa 5 by MysticMorgan- Very sweeeet. I love the cape and cowl on this.

That 70s Legion - I love this series and this is another gorgeous piece. I really love the purples and lavendars you used on this.

Deathblow by cgrapa- I've always been a fan of single color with black and white and this is a really nice piece in that style. The one little nit I have is that it is VERY difficult to separate the individual parts at first glance. It actually took me about 10 seconds just to find the face.

Jla /avengers Collaboration by Junkyard- It is sooo cool to see the finalized version of this. And I have to say I absolutely adore how it came out. And I just have to say Morgan.... you are soooo right about Ernest being the perfect facial reference. Thanks again Junkyard for taking on the compositing of this monster.

Archangel As A Girl... by QuantumFX- Pretty good for an oldie. Beyond the comments made by others I would say that some more detail shading on the recolor and wings would help it pop a bit more and maybe a seam between the two different colors of the bodysuit.

Revenge Of Howard The Duck: Bogus Movie Poster by DarrenJSeeley- Not that the movie would ever fly (sorry couldn't resist) http://www.comics2film.com/UBB/wink.gif but this is a pretty good stylized poster. One suggestion would be to soften the texture on the jacket just a bit. It seems to have a bit too much depth in comparison to the rest of the poster.

Ff Movie Poster by Wibbly- Very cool and decent likenesses of the characters/actors and I really like the way Torch looks.

100 Bullets by Monster_Mind- Cool poster. I like the blocky look. Other than the picture quality that B mentioned no complaints.

Leviathan by kev_incal- Another cool Legion manip. I really like the way the costume looks on his lower torso. The one minor nit I have is there is something a bit wonky about where his collar and head meet. I can't quite put my finger on what it is.

Lsh Girls 1 by Lady D- Very sweet... This is the first drawing I can remember seeing from you and I have to say can we see more please. I really like these and the subtle colors work very well with your style.

Felicia Hardy by chris moore- Beyond the comments made by other reviewers I can't really add anything more than kudos for trying white hair... and one other minor thing... what happened to her right/screen left thumb?

This Girl Is Superr! by Albea- Love it the color shading really works well with your style.

Nightwing by cyberphoenix- The haze/blur doesn't really help the image overall. The manip seems pretty well done and the pose is really perfect for NW... one thing I can't quite decipher though is what is going on with his hair. It looks really blocky.

Hey Shaylinn,

Thanks for all the kinds words. To see the info on all the characters we have created you just need to click on the link I posted above and join the group. Once you join, you can check out all the pictures in the photo albums and all the files on all the X-kids. Thanks for showing interest in my work, it really means a lot to me, and when you like the ones that me and my sister have done, or the ones that she did, it really means a lot to us, or to her. You two are wellspring for mutant children. I like how you keep focused on your mission. The costume and hair design are cool as well.

Destiny by Majik1387
You have had some better results in the past, but you are attempt some advanced stuff and so it happens like that sometimes.

Aurora by DarkElektraPhoenix
A bit basic but another good beginner showing. This one’s face is more symmetrical. Good job.

JSA 5 by MysticMorgan
Not too shabby buddy. If you keep practicing you might get good at this stuff.

That 70s Legion – Violet by MilleniumBum
Another great one… You have been very consistent through out this series. That includes the little issue with the seams. They look like you added them because you thought you were supposed to. The wrinkles on the chest are very natural. I never realized Mila has a warped face.

Deathblow by cgrapa
Cool… I particularly like the forearm musculature. It looks very Burne Hogarth. The face is a little too derivative of the Lee/Leifield look, but is a well done version.

JLA /Avengers Collaboration by Junkyard
Pretty damn good folks.

I saw the icon and groaned and thought not another cast poster. Imagine my surprise to find that likenesses were drawn. This is my favorite of the cast pictures. Great piece!

100 Bullets by Monster_Mind
Great poster… welcome aboard.

Leviathan by kev_incal
Love the title and the background (and the pouches). The head gear is asymmetrical, too much of it comes over on to the front of the face and the angle on the back of the head is too sharp. The shoulder pads look a little 2d also.

LSH Girls 1 by Lady D
I love these two. This is a great style and drawn very well too. They remind me a lot of Thomas Woodruff fairies.

Felicia Hardy by chris moore
Not bad… Her hair works really well in spots despite being completely de-saturated. The one thing I want to know is where is her thumb?

This girl is SUPERR! by Albea
Good work… I assume this is the Linda Danvers incarnation. She looks a lot like Ashley Scott from “Birds of Prey”.

Nightwing by cyberphoenix
It’s not bad despite it being another Batman character with nipples on his costume.

I did think of that (Linda Danvers is easily one of my top five or ten favourite characters in comics, in fact), but Linda has short hair and blue eyes, whereas this girl doesn't. Maybe I'm just being an anal fanboy, though. http://www.comics2film.com/UBB/smile.gif Either way, 's good work.

About Felicia Hardy: Saved it originally as a PSP of about 7 layers, then merged the layers and saved it as a JPEG to submit it.
Her thumb was originally kind of resting inside the seam of her bikini bottoms - totally fotgot to elongate it when I made the black suit.
The hair is because (I think) of monitor difference. I'm using my brother's old computer that he gave me when his new one arrived at the moment - the monitor is at least 7 years old. Kinda like when you colour something on a laptop, then put it ona desktop to look at it; the saturation looks all off.

Usual disclaimer here, own opinion, let me know if you're offended and I'll apologise, not a professional, but trying to help, blahblahblah... Welcome to all newbies whom I haven't been introduced to. Been a while, so I might be rusty...

You've got some really awesome character designs! I looked at some of your past work, and I really like how you've put together this generation of X-Men. ^_^ I don't know what software you're using (or the limitations thereof), and I'm sure others have given you lots of advice over the UIRs. I just wanted to ask if you've considered going over the faces and hands in the same costume style? It might give a better effect. I really, really like the hair on this one. Keep 'em coming!

The various elements are definately here, but I think the whole thing needs more blending. Try playing around with dodge/burn and the brightness/contrast on the different levels. That might help pull together the bits and pieces. Looking at your other work, I definately think you have a lot of potential, and if you keep at it, you'll get it.

~~ Aurora by DarkElektraPhoenix ~~
Nice pose! And kudos to you for drawing hands... I am a crappy artist, so I can't really give you any pointers.

~~ JSA 5 by MysticMorgan ~~
*makes small, incoherent noises about capes*

~~ That 70s Legion - Violet by MilleniumBum ~~
Niiiiiice.... I really like the colours and nice job on adding the soles to the boots! I always wind up forgetting to do that. I think this is the best of the series, though I also really like the Andromeda. ^_^

~~ Deathblow by cgrapa ~~
I've not a clue who the character is, but this makes me want to read the comic. Awesome stuff! Nice use of colour.

~~ JLA /Avengers Collaboration by Junkyard ~~
o_O;; I'm always blown away by collabs... They take so much effort and group collabs are that much harder. *bows to all the talent that produced this image*

~~ Archangel as a girl... by QuantumFX ~~
Nifty! I like the nice clean lines and the wings look good. She could use some seams and wrinkles, though. You should see if you can find that base pic and redo it, see how far you've come. ^_^

~~ Revenge Of Howard The Duck: Bogus Movie Poster by DarrenJSeeley ~~
It looks like a 1940s gangster movie! Pretty cool! You get a good sense of what the movie might be like.

Very, very, VERY awesome... Great layout and colours. The only thing that bugs me is that the logo is waaaay too small. I'd make it bigger and have the Thing's foot and hand crossing over it. Love the texture on Ben and the flame effect.

~~ 100 Bullets by Monster_Mind ~~
Great layout. I wouldn't mind having this on my wall.

~~ Leviathan by kev_incal ~~
I love the shading and colours on the suit, but the shoulder armour looks like it's floating. They also look like they're being lit from the opposite side to the rest of him. *waggles finger at Kev* Are you slipping up in your old age? Hmmmmm? Love how he's interacting with the text, though. And your Miss Harleybrain is awesome. <3

~~ LSH Girls 1 by Lady D ~~
Debbie! Debbie! *dances and sings* Update your LJ! I miiiiissss you! *sings some more* I like the way you did the hair on both girls. Nice job shading the white, too. ^_^

~~ Felicia Hardy by chris moore ~~
Nice work on the hair. I think you need to add in wrinkles like those on her arms on the rest of the suit. It'll help it blend a bit more. I like the fur trims, too.

~~ This girl is SUPERR! by Albea ~~
"This girl is SUPERR!" and so is your colour job! It works nicely with your clean, beautiful lines. I like her eyes.

~~ nightwing by cyberphoenix ~~
Nice choice of base pic. The pose works, and I like the moon. But everything looks just a little too blurry and soft, like maybe you have a layer with a Gaussian blur on it. I think it'd work better if you got rid of the softness and upped the contrast a bit for more impact.

Copy and paste and post and DONE! http://www.comics2film.com/UBB/biggrin.gif
