Ah, St. Paddy's day. The time of year when ethnically mixed-up WASP's like me act as though we have all this Celtic blood in our veins...
Wearing green, no. But if I wasn't working first thing tommorrow morning, I'd go out and smoke some green tonight... :smirks:
Instead, I'll just settle for a perfect pint or two this evening...

Mmmm......green tea frappuccino....*drool*
As a Scotsman, (McFarland representin' yo!), I feel I should participate some way in this holiday, Irish or not. So, given my ability to drag a few friends together, I should be spending the night at Piper Down. (http://www.piperdownpub.com/)

I'd post, but I'm too busy drinking.
We're Robbs under the clan MacFarlane. So what if we're not Irish- we're descended from a race of kings.
This is the best I could do- he's in frogs and I have a green top.

I'm sorry, Bill; I love green tea, but that Green Tea Frappuccino is just about the nastiest thing I've ever tried. It kinda tastes like "superman" ice cream, only ickier.
Well, I can proclaim Irish heritage in my mongrel background; I had a great-great-great-grandma who emigrated from the Emerald Isle. So I am wearing a lovely green sweater today--not only do I celebrate my heritage, I look FABulous in green!:D

I don' like me no green tea frapp neither. I do dig their green tea, tho. Mmm...iced green tea. I've more tea brewing for iced tea, but in the meantime, it's Pepsi w/ Lime (limes r green, mmkay?). Guinness will be forthcoming. Costco had 15-pack draft cans for $16. I bought two. That should last a few hours.

Folks, I was being ever so sarcastic about the Green Tea Frappuccino. :o
I think it is simply the worst thing ever, as well. I'm not into Frap at all, especially since I have to make that ****. And the calorie count in them is pretty monstrous.
They are not good, they are not good for you.
Have a nice green tea, instead. :)
EDIT....saaaay! Who turned on the cussing filter? :D
Coincidentally....what happened to our resident bad boy?

Heres an old Irish toast for all you beer drinkers out there to use to night
There are ships made to sail,
There are ships made to fail,
There are ships that are strong,
There are ships that are weak,
But there is no Ships Stronger than Friendships
So Heres to all my Friends, could you buy me another beer

I'm not sure how Irish I am... I don't have a Irish name and I have known roots of Scotish heritage. But my mother did go to Ireland as part of her family reunion and saw some old houses or something.
I'm probably 1/4 Irish or something...
But really I'm Canadian (7th Generation).
Happy Saint Pats Everybody, I'm too young to drink and not Irish enough to not care.
