Jetta- I Like Your Style! by MaidenRaine1300
The base picture serves your style perfectly. Until you graduate to a better program you might want to look for images the are also crisply detailed and brightly lit straight on.
Poison Ivy by DarkElektraPhoenix
This is another drawing that could have benefited from some feature guidelines. Your work would improve a great deal if you employed the simple techniques of starting with the basic shapes, and the lines for proportion and position.
JSA 8 by MysticMorgan
I would be getting tired about not having any significant input on this series if I wasn’t enjoying it so much.
The Confessor - Astro City by QuantumFX
A nice piece.
Arch Enemies: Part 6 by Junkyard
The battles are on and so far the DCG has the clear advantage, but can it last?
Banshee by Majik1387
This is a cool idea. The execution is a bit smudgy compared to the bulk of your earlier work.
Superman by Sonic1002
It’s ok. Not much more to say really.
Daredevil by anaque
There are some really odd anatomical structures in his shoulder and arm. You have a good eye for comic book design and layout but the anatomy problems are hard to get past.
Speaking engagement by KLA 1
Nice but blurry.
Batman Begins Sequel by eceDrihten
This is a really good movie poster, very believable.
Nocturnal by Lushy
There is not much depth to this image and the coloring is somewhat over saturated.
Lady Strange by xavix
Good stuff… the hand popping out of the cape looks a little strange (no pun intended), but the cape is great.
City-Spider by cgrapa
I think that the printing, aging, and scanning process probably helped this image. It certainly appears to have softened the jagged edges. It may actually be worth fixing the washed out color.
RS as Blink by StrangeFish
I love the painterly (not painty) look of this piece. The colors are beautiful and rich. There is one problem ad that is the highlight and reflected light on her torso. Since they do not conform to the wrinkles you have rendered she appears to have a bit of a gut. But this is a lovely image nonetheless. I also have to acknowledge the fine looking lightening in the background that puts mine from this update to shame.

Who couldn’t love a face like that. http://www.comics2film.com/UBB/biggrin.gif

Jetta by MaidenRaine1300- Nice casting… Since you seem to have your style pretty well defined you might want to work on some detailing On this one perhaps making the lines of the clothes more accurately fit the body. In this pic specifically the armbands and waistline.
Poison Ivy by DarkElektraPhoenix – The torso and arm are pretty well done overall even if the proportions are a bit wonky but the head and neck are way oversized for the body and her eyes aren’t quite right.
Jsa 8 by MysticMorgan – Even without being finished I really like this image. I’m only sad that it will never be finished.
The Confessor-Astro City by QuantumFX – Not being familiar with the character I’m not sure of the design but I have to say the white part is seriously bright and where the top of the cross comes up under the chin it really makes him look like he has no neck at all. I really like the sheen on the cape and gloves and the rest of the costume is equally well done.
Arch Enemies: Part 6 by Junkyard – ROFL Love the Millenium madness http://www.comics2film.com/UBB/biggrin.gif
Banshee by Majik1387 – I’m sorry to say I think this is one of your weaker pieces of late. The costume lines are blurred and smudgy in the middle of the costume and ragged and pixilated at the edges. And the muscle definition you added across the chest is really wonky in the anatomy.
Superman by Sonic1002 – Not much to say, other than this is very far form my best work I’m not meaning to sound ugly but if that was how you felt about this piece why did you go ahead and submit it? I don’t think the image is all that bad and the cape is okay but with a bit more time both could have been a lot better.
Daredevil by anaque – I have to agree with Biohaz_Daddy on the anatomy problems other than that I’m not sure about some of the shading on his legs especially and I have to say in most cases lens flares are not your friend. The brightness of the flares on his billy clubs are at total odds with the rest of the lighting.
Speaking Engagement by KLA 1 – Not a bad piece if a bit blurry on the costumes in comparison to the faces. On the addition of the scene behind them it almost works. The one thing keeping it from doing so to my eyes is the color… If you look at the skin tones of Supergirl that light is tending towards the golds and yellows while the background light tends towards the blues. Adjusting the overall color of the either the ladies of the background would have made a more believable melding.
Free at Last! by Laserskater – Interesting tribute – Not sure I would have gone there but….
Batman Begins Sequel by eceDrihten – Nicely done and well laid out. The one minor quibble I have is that the lighting on Joker and Harvey is so much brighter than their counterparts on the opposite side and in Jokers case it is almost brighter than Bats himself so your eye is sort of drawn away from the central figure.
Nocturnal by Lushy – Same problems with this as with the last piece.. And btw its “Nocturne”
Lady Strange by xavix – As Biohaz_Daddy said the screen left hand seems very weird. And I’m not sure about the spotted bodysuit it really makes her look like a leopard. But the cape is very well done.
City-spider by cgrapa – I agree with Biohaz_Daddy. If you have the time it would be cool to see this reworked. The overall image is pretty cool and I really like how the webbing looks even in this washed out version.
Rs as Blink by StrangeFish – For a messed up image this still came out really great. Rachael’s head seems a bit oversized but that is the only thing beyond the things you mentioned that I see and I REALLY like the shine and glow you did on this. I just recently started reading Exiles and I am really loving the series and Blink in particular.
A Portrait of Rage by Biohaz_Daddy – Hulk I’m guessing. This is a really cool image but that face is going to give me nightmares http://www.comics2film.com/UBB/wink.gif He is seriously creepy looking. With the darkness of the overall image those hyper glowing eyes just seem odd. It ended up taking my eyes a few seconds to switch over to see the rest of the image because they were so overwhelming. But I really like the shading overall and the work on the body is very well done.

Thank you, I didn't realize just how dark this piece was until I saw it on another montior. I have to adjust my monitor a bit I think.

Shaylinn: If you don't know who the Confessor is then run, don't walk, to your nearest comic book store and pick up the Astro City TPB's! Let's just say he has a really good excuse for having a glowing crucifix on his chest.

Selective UIR:
Jsa 8 by MysticMorgan- More great stuff, but why I really like this piece; it shows the WWII Wonder Woman being attractive by 40's standards! Betty Page-ish.
Arch Enemies: Part 6 by Junkyard- I'm just praying people here know who Bill Nye is. Otherwise a kinda lame joke becomes a "huh?" joke. And Mr. Bum, if you're one of those people who refers to 2001 as the true millenium, I'm sorry for suggestng otherwise. Next: Jellybrain, Biohaz, and Shaylinn!
Banshee by Majik1387- Just wanted to say, I love the concept, if not exactly the casting. I wish they'd tried to go a bit more with color schemes and motifs in the movie.
Free At Last! by Laserskater- Hmm. See, it's a nice thought, but this pic is sorta suggesting... well, that his death was a mercy kill. Have some mixed feelings here.
Lady Strange by xavix- You do some of the best costuming I've seen. That's all I can say.
Rs As Blink by StrangeFish- At first, I wasn't sure about the lighting, but it actually works quite well. Great piece.
A Portrait Of Rage by Biohaz_Daddy- The Hulk has never been scarier. Cool piece.

Trust me I understand monitor issues. I work on a TFT laptop screen and I have learned I have to save images to disk and take them to the graphics department here at the TV station (because I know their settings are right) before I post ANYTHING.

Thank you! ^_^ There's a LOT I don't like about this image, and I wish I could tweak it to death, but alas!

Urk! Yes. Oversized noggin... That's because I suck at getting the proportions right on ANYTHING. http://www.comics2film.com/UBB/biggrin.gif
EDIT: Cleaned up the random bit of Japanese that snuck in there...
