I know this is stupid but today is my one month anniversary of being a member here. It actually feels like much longer. And don't worry, you will NOT see these every month. I only wish I could get to know all of you better.

I know how you feel, things move at a slow pace around here. I have been a member since the end of June and I still feel like the new guy. What with everyone else having been here so long and having already established relationships, it's a bit like crashing a party. The So..tell me a bit about yourself... (http://www.comics2film.com/UBB/Forum7/HTML/003175.html) thread may help you get to know us a little better and us you if you post a reply in it. Then continue to participate on the boards and be patient, it will click for you, if it clicks, when it clicks. You know... like a clicky thing, for clicking, that clicks... http://www.comics2film.com/UBB/biggrin.gif

I don't know why I did it, I don't know why I enjoyed it, and I don't know why I'll do it again.

Ah the many stages of being a C2f'er http://www.comics2film.com/UBB/wink.gif

There's the new boy on the block stage. The stage where everyone else thinks you're a regular except you. The stage where you are a regular, then the stage where you hardly ever submit and only a few people actually know you exist. Guess which one I'm at :P

Who's been here for several years.

If you want to know me here's a quick synopsis. I'm Scottish, I'm aged between 18-23, I submit about once every two months (with a strong DC prefrence). I try every now and then to work on a DCG support site, but have still yet to really get it off the ground, oh and I used to be something of a theme day monkey!

I'm also always happy to provide tips and hints of works in progress and you get me on msnmessenger at nospam@juvenilemike@hotmail.com just remove the nospam@

Sorry, who are you again? "Juvenile Mike"? Wazzat? http://www.comics2film.com/UBB/wink.gif Seriously though, man, I dunno what you're on about.... there's people who post on the boards once every three months and haven't submitted anything in a year and a half. I'd say you're still a regular presence.

As for me, I'm not Scottish (but I am Polish and Canadian), and I've been at C2F for a year and a half (plus a bit), but it feels longer. I'd also be willing to provide suggestions and critiques for works in progress, but no one ever asks except for Bill T. http://www.comics2film.com/UBB/biggrin.gif Still, you can get me at zek@site.uottawa.ca.

I definatly would more, but darn it man, you don't have any messengers so you're just inconveinant :-P.

Anyways, I've been here for a long time, in February I will have been here 4 years. Let's see, I think people generally know I exist, but Mike is right about rarely submitting artwork, I just never crank it out anymore it seems.

I'm pretty sure anger, denial and acceptance are in there somewhere too.

Oh, very well then. I just got MSN messenger with the rest of MSOffice. It's the same email as above, zek@site.uottawa.ca.

Come to think of it, I belive I've been involved with the DCG for a full year now.
Feels longer, just because of how much has happened, and how much I've learned.
*sniff*
I need a moment, I've, uh... got something in my eye.
