Punisher Video Game?

Who wouldn't kill for a Punisher video game? No doubt there will be one, in light of the upcoming movie, but how should it be laid out? Personally, I think it would work best as a 3rd person shooter. Infact, if it were modeled a lot like 'Matrix: Reloaded' or even more-so, 'Max Payne', I would be in Heaven (though bullet-time effects would be awesome, they wouldn't really be called for, I think).

What does everyone else think?

You know what would be awesome? What if they used the game engine from GTA Vice City? You could have mulitple possible story lines (Frank goes undercover with the mob, like in that big story arc, or Frank systematically takes down a big drug cartel, etc.) or you could just roam around exterminating vermin...there would be so many ways to do everything, the replay value would be excellent.

I would buy that game! I have avoided GTA for the questionable morals ( I would be so pissed if Frank either patronizes or beats up OR kills hookers too)but in this case, you could lay the smack down just as violently or moreso than in GTA, and actually be walking an INTERESTING moral line, a grey area.

I think it'd be sweet!

yeah, if it was patterned like GTA, it would rock too. You would have a time limit to achieve a main goal, but if you're walking/driving to your main goal and see a woman being mugged, the game will allow some time for you to go teach the mugger a lesson. Also not to mention having to run from the cops and getting points for NOT killing them http://www.comics2film.com/UBB/wink.gif

I heard some video game company in England is modelling the Punisher game after "GTA 3"

Man I would kill for a Punisher game...maybe Spiderman could show up as well.
