the movie ruled
daredevil is cool
it should be a cartoon
like x-men and spider-man were
although i wish that marvel cartoons were made for adults, that way the violence can stay

It would be nice to see a dare devil cartoon as well as a new Hulk cartoon series.

One of Jerry Springer's guests is running wild at C2F! Quick, you get the tranquilizer and I'll get the tequila!
*Yawn* It's 5AM, I'm going bed. When I wake up this will all have been a really messed up dream. And I'll be rich too!

i am flattered that this idiot came to my thread just to say something stupid
think about it! he took time out his his day, just to come to my thread and show how dumb he is
he could have been having sex with his father, brother, or even his dog, yet he used this time to come to my thread!!!!
anyway, back to the topic at hand
anyone else agree with me?
p.s i dont want the cartoon to be based on the movie, just the DD storyline

It should be a mixture between cartoon and CGI, like The Real Adventures of Jonny Quest. DareDevil-vision should be CGIed.

I think that might be a really cool idea and I'd also like to point out that DD also made an appearance in the old FF cartoon every once and a while. With my two cents in, I'll be off now.

They had one a long time ago but it looked really stupid. It was called "Daredevil and Lightning the Superdog." Marvel proposed a new daredevil cartoon but they canceled it without looking at it.

i don't agree with u,yet i don't agree with the fool named bling.
i would have a MARVEL UNIVERSE cartoon, starring Daredevil and Spiderman, and then they'd always run into ff hulk and others.
what do u think?
i call it-
"THE DAREDEVIL ADVENTURES"
ps thinking of a better title @ the moment.
I think they should do a cartoon series and use the kingpin and the classic villains as well but reinvent them like "The Batman" cartoon has done.As for a live tv show i thought pitching the idea of showing Matt Murdock in high school a la "Smallville" and you can show the rise of the kingpin as well as reinvent some classic villains and you can have him run to other marvel characters as teeneagers like blade and luke cage.

I think a live-action Daredevil series could work, especially with how popular courtroom dramas have been the past few years.
It would basically be part Angel (the non-supernatural side anyway), part The Practice.

Funny you mention it. There was a recent mid-season replacement (now canecelled) called "Blind Justice". It was a cop show action-drama, but the lead character became blind after a shootout on the job; a few years later he comes back on the force and lo and behold, not only is he gifted in self defense, he has DD's "radar" sense. I kid you not.
Oh, yeah. It was set in... New York City!
It wasn't a bad show, but you wonder...if Stephen Bochco reached out to Marvel, and the cop became a lawyer...
I don't know if DD would work as a LA series unless it is case by case of solving mysteries/whodunit in the DD guise while doing the lawyer thing by day. I'm still hoping for a sequel film.
On a related note, Marc Spector/Moon Knight would work better on TV. Only beacuse you can can have different "aliases" of Spector (such as Pretender) you can have action hero- for hire (i.e. Equalizer) and you can have something like A Man From UNCLE/Mission Impossible type show, all rolled into one. And the superhero thing too.

--I do remember seeing print ads for that show, though I never saw it. Do you know if it got cancelled?
I agree about Moon Knight, btw.
I remember watching that show....it was like DD minus the superhero  .
I think it got cancelled because there was no red costume on the main character...or at least thats my opinion.
I think lawyer shows are everywhere for some reason. I want to see this new one with those 2 guys who had thier share of superhero films...The guy who played Robin and the other played, I think, Hebrew Hammer.

Sure. The movie is awsome, I think. The series, or cartoon, should be called, Daredevil: The Man without Fear.

"Blind Justice" -which was an ABC mid season replacement after Bochco's long running "NYPD Blue" ended, did not show up on the network's fall schedule.
easy D

Thank, God. That show was boring and retarded. "Hey, man. I'm blind, here. Let me do my job." Pretty much the entire series was like that.
