Lizard; the series

Hey, I got this idea for a comic book series, possibly a mini-series, which might end in the death of the Lizard. I haven't heard from the lizard so if you could gimme some updates on the character if possible.
It starts with Spiidey fighting a new villain and the fight ends in a huge pile-up on a highway. It just so happens that Curt Conners' wife and son were involved in the accident and both in critical condition. Conners loses his cool and becomes the Lizard!
After hunting down and killing the new villain's family, Lizard turns his attention to the new foe. They fight and Spidey arrives in time to stop Lizard from killing again. Now there's a huge 3-way battle in the sewers and Spidey lures Lizard outside. Did I mention this would take place in winter, where Lizard almost freezes to death and turns back into Conners. So watcha think?

I got an idea for the villain! TYPEFACE!
He's an actual Spidey villain with the power to put words together and make them do stuff! Like if he spells "cut", the letters go out and cut stuff. Crappy villain, yes, but I think I can make him decent. You know, like rise from the bottom rung of the "Rogue's gallery ladder" to at least above Rocket Racer.
Any ideas on how I can research this character some more?

u might email the writer of the issue u saw typeface in.i don't know the writer/email,or even the issue he was in.

personally,i think the villian should be a caring man trying to earn money by stealing.wasn't rocket racer the guy in the cartoon that stole for his sick mom??
that way,the lizard could put impact on the man.make man die cuz he can't fight cuz he so sad!

i don't want to get a caring man to do thiis because i want someone who is kinda reckless, that would be how he got into this dilemma in the first place. plus i don't want anyone sympathizing with that character in the first place.

ok, looks like typeface is out. i read about the character and it seems like he and spidey actually get along fine. how about leap frog? can somebody tell me what's going on with him lately?
