Lex is bald but he's no badass lie Stone Cold is. The cool thing about Luthor is that unless he absoloutely has to he'll never fight directly hand to hand. And he'll find a way to avoid that at all costs.

Check out the latest Outsiders arc. Lex if far more badass than I ever knew! Of course, Stone cold would still be all wrong as Lex. He just doesn't have the finesse it would take to play the character accurately.
