Could someone help?? I just today tried to view those clips of the FF on ET. I actually downloaded the QuickTime(TM) software that was needed for this, and, after spending about an hour or so just DOWNLOADING the damn thing, I couldn't get the visual, just the audio. Can someone explain to me and otherwise HELP me figure out here how I can get the visual? SHARE!!

maybe you need a newer player-mine works fine and my computers a piece of poo poo.
There isnt REALLY that much to se. From the look of it, theyre gonna have a trailer ready soon.
Makes you wonder if Nolan should start releasing a few more clips from Batman, which wrapped BEFORE this film even started filming!

Yeah, not too much to see.
SPOILERS
Johnny jumping, a shot of Thing, and Alba complaining about her butt.

Yeah, I pretty much knew most of that. Like I said, I heard the audio perfectly fine, but there was NO visual to speak of at all. It's just that it was SO aggravating, considering how much time I put into just getting the QuickTime thing put into place, and then it took like 15 MORE minutes just to download the clip ITSELF!
As for the trailer: yes, I believe that we are going to see a trailer by Thanksgiving (I'd hazard a guess that it will be in movie houses ON Thanksgiving day). Just my humble opinion, is all!
Is it just your copy of the clip you downloaded? I can send you another copy if you want, but i'm not sure if it will work. Maybe you need to reinstall quicktime again?

WELSHY!
I don't know if it's the problem with the copy, that's the thing I don't get. I downloaded BOTH of them as a result of that link that came with that story (which I got from here). If you want to, sure, you can e-mail me the clip. Now that I have the QuickTime, maybe it's just the copy that they had HERE that wasn't so hot. Unless, of course, YOU got the clip from here as well? In any case, you can e-mail me at:
Soprano Fan NYC@aol.com
That would probably help, Mr. Cat!
Thanks again!

Actually, if you tell me the link where you got it from, then if it's the same as where I got it from, I won't bother to send it. Otherwise if not, I'll email you a copy. Is that address all one word, or are there those spaces in it?

I got it from the link that was posted on the C2F pages dating back to Oct.21. If you go to the Recent News Index, and click onto the Fantastic Four link, you can find it there, in the news dated from the 21st. It was from a link from moviexplosion.com (I BELIEVE that's the way they spelled it). It had a picture of Michael Chiklis in a t-shirt that said "It's Clobbering Time" on it, and to the right of that, there was a pic of him as The Thing. When I clicked onto that, I downloaded it, but I didn't get the visuals, only the audio.
As for my e-mail addy, you can either run it all together, or spell it like the way I did. I put those spaces there, because I've had MORE that my share of wise cracks about the way my e-mail address looks when you run it all together! (Sopranofannyc@aol.com). If you can see what I mean! If you decide to send it, you can send it like the way it looks above, or the way I originally sent it to you, it dosen't matter.
Thanks again!
Hmm... I actually got mine from the exact same link, and it worked fine. I can still send it to you if you want, but maybe you should try reinstalling quicktime first.

Why don't you do that then? I can re-install QuickTime, and then see what happens. I won't be able to do this for some time though, I leave for work tomorrow and won't be back until Monday of the following week, so you won't hear back as to if it worked or not for some time.
But go ahead and send it. Thanks again!
Well there's a new FF clip of the team in action from joblo.com, so the ET clip might be old hat by now. But, with the reverse problem to yours BigKid, I can only get video and no audio. http://www.comics2film.com/UBB/frown.gif So between us, we could have a complete video clip.
Is everyone's copy like this, or is it just the one I downloaded?

It worked for me but only if I ran it off of the website. I downloaded it and it wouldn't run at all from my hard drive. I'm curious as to what you think of it. The acting seem incredibly wooden to me, but I had sound.
