This thread is for casting ideas for topher grace in SM3
on this (http://www.superherohype.com/forums/showthread.php?t=177405&page=1&pp=25//url) sites message board they really have the idea of him being a villian but truly look at the guy. he looks like a neighbor of pete's or even a co-worker...no way a villian.

people are talking about the possibility of grace replacing tobey. if this was the case why would they cast him now, when tobey is still in the mix?

Ok, while combing around imdb.com, I found this little rumor. Recently, Topher Grace has walked into a comic book store asking for some Spidey books that feature Venom. Apparently, the idea is to introduce Eddie Brock in the next film, like how Dr. Conners was introduced in Spider-Man 2.
Also, another rumor is that the people over at Sony Pictures are doing some screen tests for sand. Now, with Thomas Haden Church saying his character was going to be "amorphic" (without definate shape) could mean an appearance from Sandman. Of course, all this could be a red herring.

Most of spideys villains are big people, real bulky and muscle bound
including eddu brock even before he was venom he was a brick
Topher grace could only possibly be chameleon, or posibly hobgoblin(goblin wars would be cool assuming harry becomes green goblin)
thats just what i think looking at tophers physique

I'd find it hilarious if Rami had Grace do that just to throw people off. Really, someone from Spider-man or some comic mvoie should do that. If it's still rumor as to who they will be, go into a comic store and buy a bunch of comics of a different character. I think he should have asked for a bunch of Paste Pot Pete comics.
