Not a bad start to the two parter, but I think I liked the last 2 episodes better.

What did you guys think?

Yes. I agree, the last two were better. Maybe it's the sort of comic bad guys that puts it in a bad light for me. The farting? Hmmm. Not so much.

The VERY proper English female MP, with her mind on her own little "report" as aliens are landing, though, was VERY funny... VERY British!

Not sure how I like the idea that the Doctor is somehow known by humans and on the internet, though. With his many faces in the past I would find it a bit problematic for him to be "known" as the same Doctor throughout time. In fact, I'd think it more sensible that the internet would postulate that there were a whole raft of "Doctors" through time instead of just one.
