You asked for advice for how to color this on your computer.... Do you have any photo programs -- Photoshop, Photo Impression or something like that? If not it will be hard to do a decent color job in MS Paint so I would suggest downloading one of the free programs such as GIMP then you can check out the tutorials in the Art School (http://www.comics2film.com/ArtSchool/) for a place to start.
