Her arm muscles are a bit off, especially her left arm. I think her power signature should be white, instead of black. It's pretty nicely detailed, I like that.
As far as her arm muscles go, I freely admit I'm no expert when it comes to anatomy. I don't really draw particularly often, so I really lack practice in that area.
As far as the power signature goes... really, I just inked the penciled signature I put in there and colourd that... but dammit, you're right. I wish I'd thought of that!
And I forgot to colour her eyes. I suck.
Thanks for the comments, Dave.

Its nice to see Eve again.
As for the drawing itself... There is something about the way the bike shorts fall on her that makes her torso look extrememly elongated to my eyes and the skin tone could use a tiny bit more shading in comparison to the stronger coloring on the costume parts but overall its a cool pic of a cool character.
Thanks, Shay. The anatomy? Like I mentioned, I'm not an expert by any means. I thought I'd at least worked out the proportions (I based them pretty directly on reference material), but I guess not.
The skin tone? Well... her skin's very, very pale. Her clothes are mostly pretty dark, albeit with sharp highlights. It wasn't easy to counterbalance those two facts. I think you're right that the shadows of her skin (which are very much there, BTW) should be somewhat darker.
Oh, and... you can probably expect to see quite a bit more of this character now. And possibly not only from me. :D

I don't think the anatomy itself is bad its just the lack of any break between the legs and lower torso that makes it elongated. Even bike shorts tend to bunch a little bit where the legs join the torso.
And I did see the shadows but with the very sharp highlights they seem to fade into the background. With the pale skin maybe adding a bit more of a blue/grey tone to the shadows would preserve the pale skin feel while adding the shading.
And glee to seeing more Eve.
