First, I'll start off on the good: I like the recloring. Good job.

now, two things.
First one:
(this has nothing to do with your art) he's certainly not the only choice for joker... far from it...
second: I never thoguht I'd be one to give this advice... Your Joker is too tame. He seems gentle, like many of mine used to (As many people can attest to). Perhaps shading under the eys, or putting purple under the eyes will add to the insanity.
