I totally agree that the scarring shouldn't be a neat and tidy line and I also really like you casting choice I'm a big Clive Owen fan.

The manip itself is pretty well done and the scarring around the mouth is especially well done. Damaged without being blurry.

The only problem I have with the piece is that the damaged side looks a bit too wet I guess is the word I want. Unless this is just after the accident the scars look too fresh. Two really well done images of scars for Two face are the pieces done by Android (http://www.comics2film.com/DCG/DispArt.php3?f_id=15065&f_ssn=&f_fooble=28) and lamor112 (http://www.comics2film.com/DCG/DispArt.php3?f_id=18403&f_ssn=&f_fooble=3) though even lamor's are a bit fresh for my personal tastes.
And one other thing you might want to add is a bit more of a demarcation scarline between the damaged and whole flesh -just a raised ridge of tissue at the edge would help create that separation.
