Art notes would be appreciated...if you give us some idea of what you did here, it's easier to give suggestions as to how you could improve. Decent pic, anyway... pretty good costuming though Supergirl's skin sticks out quite a bit in the sort of cartoony style you have for the costumes... so do her logo and (I think) skirt, which seem pretty obviously pasted in from elsewhere. And her head seems pretty huge.
