Loved your picture of Two Face and like this one a lot... Vincent Cassel is THE JOKER. Period. A comment anyway, I don't think Cassel needs any face tweaking to play the Joker... he has that unique fisiognomy that matches the Joker perfectly. But this way it looks like right out of the comic. Congrats!... The hair is a little offline... maybe working on it at a very much higher resolution... (and to those Bettany, Hulme and Glover fans... what are you thinkin' about... THIS IS THE JOKER. PERIOD. AGAIN.)

Very very good. One of the best Joker manips I've seen. Great casting too.

Many thanks to all of you who have replied to my posting. Being new to this site the quality of ideas and vision I found here inspired me to have a go myself. I have found all your suggestions extremely helpful and have welcomed so many positive comments. Christopher Nolan proved how Batman should have been done from the start with truly inspired casting. I wanted to try and keep to his representation of such iconic figures but still keeping a sense of realism. Its great when other people agree with your casting choices. I would be interested in your thoughts on the casting of the other rogues gallery to see if they match up to my current manip project. No prizes for getting it right though. Sorry.

Yeah... for like a new guy, heck for the average joe, your work is awesome. As are your casting choices.
As for ideas of other rogues:
Penguin: Bob Hoskins
Riddler: David Hyde Pierce
Two-Face: Andy Garcia
Freeze: Either Ben Kingsley or Billy Zane
