Interesting. I don't think I've ever seen someone chose to do a piece in Paint when they had Photoshop available.

That said the Paint drawing is pretty good. Wolvie having grey skin is a bit weird but that's a stylistic choice. However what you did in Photoshop almost seems to bring the piece down as a whole.
I've made no bones about my dislike of lens flares and in this case they really take away from the piece. Beyond the fact that Wolverine's eyes don't glow (that I know of) they add some very odd light reflections - specificly the bluish-teal above the screen right eyebrow. Also I'm not sure what all the lines that are going horizonally and diagonally are about.

normally i just draw or paint in real, so it needs a little bit time to get better...

That's why we UIR pieces so we can offer suggestions.

Also pretty much any artist on this site will give tips and advice if you ask.
