Quite nice. Obviously a quickie, but you're a good enough artist that you can do fine work with a quickie. The skirt is fine! :D

Nitpicks: her clavicles (?) are showing through her top! Makes it look just a bit too painted-on. Plus the cape is a bit lacking, you could maybe have it folding in a bit to make it more 3D. It's just a flat shape, y'know? Still, I'm totally overanalyzing this. It's quite good for what it is.
