Nice pic. Good costuming on her top, and nice work on the cape as well. The S-shield... nice job with the displacement, but I get the feeling one side should bulge out, rather than both bulging in... it just looks a bit weird. My main nitpick though, is the skirt. It's obviously not manipped except maybe for the colour. You should really have at least smudged it a bit to get rid of the denim texture. It sticks out since it looks significantly different from the top you've manipped in.

I really like that you took the time to wrap the shield to match her natural curves. And the cape is very nicely done as well.
