This isn't bad and has a lot of potential -especially for starting as a toy.

The few other things I would have suggested is softening the edges on the hair, either by adding wisping or at least blurring the edges as they stand now the hair doesn't look as realistic as the rest of the image. The same goes for the edges of the sash.

The only other thing I would have suggested is doing a search for a starscape background. The stars in this look really artificial.

But still a neat piece.
