These are a couple of shows I find myself watching on PBS.
Thin Blue Line (http://www.bbc.co.uk/comedy/guide/articles/t/thinbluelinethe_1299003106.shtml)
Red Green (http://www.redgreen.com/index.cfm)
Anyone else seen em?

I watch Red Green occasionally. The show is hilarious and I love it. The characters are insane and the skits are fantastic. My favorite part is when he tries to take a simple machine and make a larger version of it which always ends poorly.

I enjoy the Thin Blue Line whenever it randomly pops up on BBC America. I think Rowan Atkinson is pretty funny.
Red Green is not obscure. He's just a slightly exaggerrated version of Northern Wisconsonites. I love how he fixes everything with duct tape. Reminds me of all my uncles, my ex, most of my friends... you get the idea.

I don't dp Red Green, but most Britcoms are awesome. The Thin Blue Line being no exception. Oh, and if you find it, the first two series (seasons) of Chef! are just about the funniest things I've ever seen on TV.
