This is alright. The darts are okay, but their glow should really be showing up on her skin and clothes. And speaking of skin... the skin tone is really flat and uniform. I suggest checking out some tutorials on how to change skin colours to end up with a more realistic result... there's one in the Art School by, erm, some guy...
