As decided by you, the people, here's our official theme day for January...

SWITCH!
Title: *****switch: [your title here] (Please remember the *****'s otherwise even the almighty DCG administrator may miss your pics in the queue!)
Due date: Sunday, January 29th, 2006 at 10PM EST.
For display on: Monday, January 30th.

The idea behind this theme day is, in the immortal words of kev_incal, who came up with the concept: "If a hero went bad or a villain went good, they'd probably want to change their costume (a villainous Wonder Woman in starry panties just doesn't scream "HOMICIDE!" to me). Redesign original costumes of heroes and villains if they switched sides and like, batted for the other team ;)!"

There y'go. Now, go forth and manip/draw/paint/whatever!

Even if I was Evil B, I'd still never be caught dead in starry panties. That's just so... gauche. Besides, black leather is always the way to go if you're evil! Union rules.

And even "Good" Kev doesn't wear any panties! (Or maybe he's been Evil Kev all along and we never noticed?)

I'm pretty sure mine will, so why not. Most people will need to describe the whys and wherefores of their decision, so I say go as whole-hog as you want!

So, uh... anyone planning to actually submit anything for this theme day? There's only a handful of switch images in the queue right now... and with the Ultimates theme in just four weeks, I'm not sure whether another extension would be a good idea (though it is an option).

Hmmmm, so maybe you can just PM some poeple or something to ask if they can pitch in...If not...Then I guess it'll be a small theme day then. No need of waiting more and more when no new pics come out... :(

no promises, but I have an idea for this and the perfect base pic. I only have to ...cover six nipples, and between 1 and 3 vaginas. And a few itty bitty details. Unfortunatley...with either metal or vinyl, not my strong suits.

hey folks sorry i've been M.I.A. (missing in action, not to be confused with the British Sri Lankan musician http://miauk.com/). i actually went to paris and london for vacation and didn't get around to checking my email and usual websites as much as i'd have liked to. anyhoo, i submitted two SWITCH pics (one of which is almost nekkid so i dunno how much that actually counts as a costume redesign...) but cheers anyways!
