PSH as the Penguin? Interesting. I wouldn't have thought of him, but he's more than versatile enough to pull it off. He might just work.

Oh, the pic? Quite good, I like the bat. The layout is again, pretty random. You've done a good job sticking Bettany and Hoffman's faces in, though I'm not sure the angle of Hoffman's face quite matches that of Penguin's body. Also, how about citing the original artist(s) from whom you took the Joker and Penguin's bodies? It'd be good form, if nothing else.
