Well, therein lies the problem, doesn't it? If you're not willing to change your mindset and OWN what you want, nothing you do will help or be permanent if it does.
If one is not willing to exercise, cut the amount they eat or alter what they eat, my only advice is this: feel guilty about what your pleasure center wants you to eat BEFORE you do it, NOT AFTER. Going on that basis, I think you could lose 15 pounds in about 8 weeks without even trying.
Otherwise, the only real way is to put your nose to the grindstone. There is no magic bullet (or pill) for your health.
