Re: New Year's Resolutions. Got any?
I am going to say this in the nicest way possible. If you people (those of you with weight issues) knew what you were doing, you wouldn't need to lose weight and completely overhaul your lifestyle. Right? Ideally, if you were doing things right as far as health and exercise go, you shouldn't need to lose 25 or 50 or 100 pounds. Now, if the issue is mental, well that's just different, and needs to be solved psychologically before being solved physically. I am not trying to be an ass, and I understand where you are coming from as far as the unwanted advice situation, (Hello, I bartended 5 nights a week throughout my pregnancy) so I will not offer advice again unless asked. Which, considering the reaction I am likely to get with my opinions, will not be anytime in the near future.
