I don't mean it ain't cool or anything. It's the size in my signature. You have no idea how long it took me to make that pic, I'm still so new to photoshopping.
Anyways, since I'm lousy at PHP, somewhat better at writing HTML, how do I get it to be resized? Help please. ![]() |

Hi Rosetta
By logo I’m assuming you mean your avatar? To change the dimensions of a graphic in Photoshop go to the top menu; select Image then select Image Size, a dialogue box will open. Make sure “Constrain Proportions” is checked (towards the bottom), then look towards the top of the box for the section that say Pixel Dimensions: in the Width or the Height section type in what size you want (For example, an avatar can not be any larger than 100 pixels by 100 pixels, so you would make the largest dimension 100 pixels). Last thing, look for the line that says Resolution: make sure the drop down box on the right says pixels/inch and type in 72 in the box on the left (that is if the final output is for the web). Let me know if this helps.

I think she means the banner in her sig. But Al-Dog's instructions are essentially the same for that, except if you're not sure how many pixels wide you want, you can input the width in cm or inches, I think in the lower portion of the box (I think it's "Image Dimensions"). But be sure to click "constrain proportions," that's what will keep the height proportional to whatever width you select.

Hi Fastcar, been a long while.
![]() I pop in occasionally, I know not enough but I've been busy. As you can see from my sig, I'm trying to start a news site, and I'm sure you can't figure out which type of movies I'll be tracking. Hehe ![]() I do know how to resize pics in photoshop, I just though there's a way in PHP here to do the resizing, I can do that in HTML but it just can't be done here. BTW, totally spamming now. ;-) I've got the "Butterfly on a Wheel" and The Untouchables: Capone Rising pretty much updated. There's alot more but only half completed. And of course, I still working on the main page, can't seem to get it to look the way I wanted yet. I know, crazy to get into the news writing end business but I thought it might be fun. May even probably get a domain. ![]() Hi everyone. I am glad to be back ![]() |
