So this is basically saying Gordon dropped the ball, correct?

In any event, I don't think the fans are concerned with the legal technicalities, and whether or not FOX is in the right, which they probably are. Fans are more upset that Fox isn't settling right away. I think we all just want them to accept money now, well before our calendars turn to March.

If the Watchmen movie is delayed, or never released due to the way FOX's representation handles the lagal proceedings, expect fan backlash whether it's "futile" or not. I think it's in Fox's best interest to compromise as soon as possible, because the longer this goes on, the more your going to see resentment amongst the fans, and I think it'll be a significant amount of people to affect Fox's bottom line.

you know, in a lot of peoples eyes, it IS the 6th Batman movie, because in reality it actually IS the sixth Batman movie since 1989.

they still call it Bond 21 dont they? technicalities.....
