DC Entertainment kicks off their first new TV series with Young Justice, taking a look at the Earth-16 based world of characters and mixing it up a fair bit to keep it different and fresh.

Wow, I didn't even realize they gave it only one showing. That's not like them in the slightest.

I watched it, and thought it was pretty good. I wasn't expecting much, maybe based on the Teen Titans I've seen. However, this looks pretty good. It will be interesting to see how much they spotlight the regular Justice Leaguers or if they will just concentrate on the "sidekicks".

I'm hoping they find a good balance. I did like that they showcased a large number of primary League members and have some of them helping out in training and managing the younger ones. It allows for some guest star episodes easily and to keep it fresh and changing on a regular basis while still letting the core cast of younger characters shine from week to week.

Nope, haven't seen them. Thanks for the reminder, I'll have to make sure I setup a series recording on my DVR.

I was SO disappointed when it turned out to be the first half of the premiere from November. And that I don't get real new material until 1/21. At least those that missed the movie can see it now since they didn't replay it, which was very surprising.

yeah I was upset too when I read the episode guide on my cable and just saw they were just splitting up and replaying the pilot. I just rewatched the end of the premiere again since I saved it on my DVR.
