Actually, I was implying more about the recent addition to the family. But, hey, it's all the same.

With the kid around though, there's no energy and you don't have the option of looking for a one night stand (because of the marriage unless you're a complete a-hole). On the other hand, good tail could fall out of the sky and land on me and it's like manna from heaven, man.

No, I like "skank." I wouldn't call her desperate to get married. That's just a weak excuse. He probably thought he should ask her after he knocked her up, since he is likely an honorable guy that way. Realizing she was ruined, she probably figured getting married would be a better option than going it alone and hoping for child support down the road. Skank works.

Oh, if you heard her New Year's resolution this year (said in jest, but I should have known she was serious and was gonna follow through even in the stupidest of circumstances), you'd call her desperate, too.
