Take my self-control back. Don't give into my urges, temptations, and cravings so much.

I have already stopped smoking. Now, I need to start on my self image. 2007 is all about me.

Stop smoking by the end of 2007.
Lost 20 pounds by the end of 2007 (from 185-165...it's doable...whether or not it stays there is another question entirely).
Run a half marathon by the end of 2007.
