C2F Forum Guidelines

Ladies and gentlemen, the C2F admin staff have put together a set of posting rules and guidelines for the forums. Most people here already instinctively follow them, and they will probably only have to be brought up sparingly, but we wanted to codify them to cut down on problems and to simplify dealing with the occasional troublemaker.
